I initially started classes at Condition Kettlebell after purchasing a Groupon. The intro class with Delaine was very informative and easy to follow. She went through each technique very carefully which was very helpful for a beginner, such as myself! I enjoyed the classes so much that I decided to sign up. The classes are a fun way to get the workout you are looking for. I would recommend Condition Kettlebell to anyone looking for a great workout with fun people!
I started going to Condition Kettlebell Gym as part of the Groupon deal. After the first class, I was hooked! The class is a quick and REAL workout during which you definitely work up a sweat. The instructors are great and are always checking your form to ensure you don't hurt yourself and that you get the most out of your experience. The best part is that you will never get bored--the classes are always unique and vary by the instructor. I've only been going for about a month, but I can already see a difference!
Top recommendation for Condition Kettlebell Gym. Delaine and all the instructors are fantastic. Kettlebell training is the only routine that has ever avoided early season water skiing soreness . The regular and circuit classes are always varied. Plus the nicest people in Atlanta are your classmates.
I joined Condition Kettlebell a little over a month ago and it has been the best experience I have ever had with getting into shape. Over the last year I had read a little about kettle-bell training and decided to give it a try. As a newbie, the instructors have all been very helpful, and the people taking the classes have been very encouraging. I am 51 years old and have not sweated much in the last 30 years. : That has now changed. I am working out, sweating and feeling stronger every day. I cannot say enough good things about the people associated with Condition Kettlebell.
I highly recommend Condition Kettlebell Gym. Delaine and the other instructors at Condition were fantastic. Kettlebell training was challenging at first but I stuck with it and within two weeks I felt stronger and I had more energy throughout the week. After a couple months I had better muscle definition, was able to perform several advanced exercises and I even participated in Kettlebell Muscle classes which helped make me even stronger. Kettlebell training helped improve my running because I was gaining muscle and leaning out and I was performing better in other activities. Even though I spent less time training with kettlebells my workouts were more effective and I saw faster results than any of my regular "gym" workouts. Plus, I really enjoyed taking classes with the different instructors so it was never boring and I learned different techniques and exercises.
I attended the intro class. There were about 10 other people there in varying degrees of fitness. Delaine taught the class taking us carefully through all the steps of a TGU, and a kettlebell swing. She taught us the clear and snatch. She recommended a location to purchase a kettlebell. Due to the distance I live from the gym she knew that I would not be able to become a gym regular but she seemed to even take more time to make sure my form and technique were correct so that I would be safe to try to do the kettlebell work out on my own. I have since also purchased her DVD which is excellent. I learned a great way to work out and I highly recommend it. I have sent some friends her way as well. I wouldn't want to learn from anyone else.
I visited this gym some time ago when I lived in Atlanta. I signed up as part of a Groupon that I received. This was my first experience with kettle bells, but I left the first session with an amazing foundation. The was a thorough overview of the history of kettle bells, and each of the main basic moves were explained and demonstrated. The instructors were excellent - very welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable. The owner even let me use my Groupon a couple of days after it expired which I really appreciated!
I attended an introductory class at this gym a few years ago, and it was fantastic. Due to the distance that I live from Condition, as well as a job change, I was never able to become a regular here, but was most impressed by the workout that I got during that class. I keep up with the latest developments through email, always hoping that I can get back in there regularly, because I was so impressed with Delaine. She has an enthusiasm for kettlebell that is contagious, and her knowledge and experience are vast. I've been around gyms for many, many years and can recognize a top-notch facility when I see one, and I've recommended this place in the past to friends who are looking for an efficient, tough, fun workout in a friendly environment. Try a class....you won't regret it for a second!
I have been going to Condition for almost three years now, and it is my favorite workout! I started going because I was bored with running and wanted something more entertaining and less time-consuming. A friend recommended Condition, and I loved it from the beginning. The workouts are only 45 minutes, but they really pack in a lot of exercise. The class is different every day, so I never get bored. And the teachers are great, as well as the other students - you get to know everyone at the gym. The results were definitely noticeable. Over time, I got so much stronger and was able to use weights I had never thought possible. Plus I felt great. I had a baby two months ago, and I credit Condition for getting me in shape pre-baby, which helped me quickly lose the weight after. Now I'm back going to classes to regain my strength and muscle tone. I highly recommend Condition for a great workout!
Gym Condition is- BY FAR- the best gym I have ever been to. I love the setup, the instructors are awesome, and the owner, Delaine, is a pleasure to work with. The workouts small group classes fly by, and I am left feeling pleasantly sore the next day. I have found kettlebells to be the most effective workout I have tried. It is an amazing combination of cardio and strength training; just a few times a week produce FANTASTIC results. I recently moved back to California and missed this gym SO BADLY. Luckily, I ended up back in Atlanta for work for a few months, so I am back at Gym Condition and so happy about it! Just to reiterate, this is the BEST workout I've tried and the BEST gym I have EVER been to.
