Häagen-Dazs

We spent $26 in the smallest cup of chocolate ice cream without any toppings and 2 chocolate milk shakes without any toppings or extras. My invoice was #510120. These were the worst mil shakes that we had in years. Taste like little ice cream with water, no thickness, no flavor. It is amazing that Haagen Dazs sells these poor quality of product under their name. I will never return to a Haagen Dazs place. I do not recommend it to anybody.

The lady at the counter made me wait for 25 minutes to get a small cup of mocha ice cream. My family and I go to Haagen Daz often and we have never had to wait this long. I was in shock because there was someone else in line that she served and when it was my turn she closed up during hours to count money. She made me wait for another 20 minutes to get a cup of ice cream. I still never received my ice cream. I am disappointed as a loyal customer by the service. They treated me very rudely and this particular place had a very bad attitude and shocking customer service. -Alexander Alarie

Grocery store quality ice cream at really high prices. A small cone is nearly $5. They'd be better off having a dude with an ice cream cart in the food court. The staff isn't even friendly. Next time I'll just get a half gallon from Walgreen's.

Got a pint of Rocky Road for my son's birthday. I did not check or taste it, I trusted I got what I asked for. The next day when my son ate it in our hotel room, it turned out to be peanut butter cup. Had to toss $10 worth of ice cream and my son didn't get his treat.

The ice cream was great but the customer service was odd and slow and the dessert was really expensive. We witnessed an employee eating behind the counter by making a table out of a trash can. The other employee ashed for help and they said no. At least shut the door.

Over priced old cones and ice cream. 2 scoops cost me $9. They dont list the prices for this very reason. They are indeed open. I watched the asian lady stock the cones with her hands after dealing with money and credit cards. She knew she had been caught. Gross

Ice cream is really good and they have unique items but it’s super pricey.. you can get the pricey Store bought brands for cheaper/better value and they taste slightly better in my opinion.

Very disappointed at the quality of the milk shake... was charged $10 for a milkshake but the cashier barely put any ice cream in there... it was all milk pretty much

Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient order taking and serving. Love their banana split sundae as well as their dulce.

A little overpriced. Service is OK.
