5 stars The area is tough and rough But the staff was great. Everybody in that store is so very nice. It’s a credit to them because the area is just banana land. But the store members are fantastic

Not very pleased with the product from this place! The service was great - which is why it gets 2 stars. Got a mango/kale smoothie, which was mostly kale and the flavor was awful. The other 2 were a regular mango smoothie and a tropical fruit. They all tasted like chalk. Awful!

This location is in a good area. Tons to walk around and see after you get your smoothie. The actual store is a small hallway outside. It's a pretty unique setup. This location is very small. There is no seating or air conditioning.

Went here with my boyfriend on Veteran’s day because we got an email from Smoothie King saying to stop by for free Veteran’s day smoothies. Him and I being both Vets, we decided to stop by our fav go to place after our run at 10am. We are told by the cashier that he can’t offer us the special bc he hasn’t received guidance from Corporate. It’s 10am, the store’s been open for a couple of hours and he’s already had 4 people ahead of us asking for the same thing. How does corporate not tell their employees in one of the biggest Military ran districts about the offer weeks ahead? Let alone the morning before the store opens??? Not worth going to this hole in the wall location, besides, they don’t even have doorknobs on their doors. So you’re lucky to even get in if the door’s cracked. Maybe that should have been a red flag. Never coming here again.

I ordered on Ritual and had no issues. My smoothie was ready when I got there and tasted delicious. Bonus points bc they have compostable straws! It's definitely a grab and go type place. It's small and located in the courtyard between Regal Cinema Gallery Place and Capital One Arena.

I am a big smoothie king advocate but the employees could use better training to inform customers on deals and rewards.

Watch the sales persons here. I went today and ordered. Large angel food since they had a special, and he gave me a medium cup. So I paid for the Large. Bit got a medium. You all are stealing money!!

Really good. They have all types of smoothies and juices. This is what you are looking for.

My daughter so wanted to come here, she said that’s it’s a big rave, but I personally never enjoyed it at all. The reason I gave it 3* is because my daughter enjoy her smoothie and the fact that there was a very nice African American young woman working there that was just a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable about the contents of the store, she surely is going places. So sorry I never got her name tho, but we were there Feb long weekend 2018. The smoothie I got was a mango favour, but it was extremely soar and I couldn’t drink it, my daughter’s did taste a bit better to me. I found it quite expensive especially for being a tourist coming from Canada. Plus you must pay extra for the boosts, which I choose the Energy one. I don’t get what all the rave is, there isn’t much selection and I know there going the natural route but they need to get better fruits for one. Overall nothing for me to run back to any time soon. Sorry Guys!
