Hacienda Hills Apartments

Absolutely a joke, DO NOT RENT HERE. All reviews below are true with the addition of TENANT HARASSMENT. I have been reaching out to the office for over 2 months regarding the same issues. The don’t care. They want your money and will come up with as many false fees and violations to get it. They do not answer the phone or emails, and LIE about all amenities. ROACHES AND TRASH at all times EVERYWHERE. I moved in to an apartment with huge dead roaches everywhere, definitely did not clean before my moving in…AND THEY DIDNT BELIEVE ME! Even with photo evidence within 24 hours of me moving in. I would not want my worst enemy to live here.

Worst apartments you can live in!! Don’t rent here and fall for there lies! I have been waiting 8months to get my kitchen ceiling patched up again from a maintenance job that they did and till this day no one has bothered to call or email me.! I call the office and no one answers! I called corporate and they said they were going to do something about it but nothings was done! Also know I’m getting invicted but I refuse to pay rent because in the contract it states that by law and as my rights I’m allow to withhold my rent until they fix the problem!! This apartments need to be shut down and reported to the city for violating health and safety living environment!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I'm a new tenant Only a couple of months in. They gave us an apartment that's was not completed. We were told it would be ready on a specific date. Waited 3 weeks after the date.still wasn't completed. I had high hopes but now after two and half months not so much. I was told that they were going to take care of the unfinished work BY THE LEASING AGENT IN THE OFFICE... bathroom tub is chiped and still chipping and cloging drain. Dish washer wasn't working and was suppose to be replaced. Water leaking from a weird pipe INTO TUB. AC is broken and we have been dealing with an apartment that's been 90s inside our apartment. Fans don't work cuz it's 115 OUTSIDE They can't give us any information on when we will be serviced. Windows don't open because they are Painted shut and they have NO SCREENS ON THEM WHICH WAS ONE OF THE THINGS WERE suppose to have fixed So we can even open our windows. We are now seeing roaches and I'm a clean tenant. Flooring is peeling off everywhere. It is very bad and neglected. You would want your deposit back and move out. Also to top it off laundry rooms are filthy and have Most the machines not working. Mail boxes are beat up so bad. I wouldn't trust mail to be sent here. And the GATED part of the advertisement.all entry gates are broken and leave the apartments wide open for anyone to walk in.

Don't live here so I'm unsure what the inside looks like but the outside seems decent

I wish I can rate it negative 5 stars , I am constantly calling management to fix things in my apartment that have “already “ been fixed . No one ever picks up and when they do management is rude and offer no help . The mail boxes are completely beat up and they didn’t let me know that all my mail was going to the postal service . Our apartment is completely invested with roches , the pluming doesn’t work and yet they expect everything to be fixed with a “I’m sorry have a nice day “ . The complex is extremely trashed and just disgusting

I have been here for 2 years now and the rent price is very fair. I have been in constant communication with the management and have always been able to resolve my issues. These are a bit aged apartments but maintenance has always been available in a fair amount of time and they give advanced notice of when they will come to your apartment. The neighbors are friendly where I am and everyone seems to mind their own business. I want to thank management for helping me by giving me time to make my payments during the pandemic and I appreciate the attention to my requests. I haven’t had a bad experience.

PLEASE, do NOT move in here. Save yourself the headaches. The pictures shown on the site are not at all how these apartments look. They claim to have remodeled units, which I moved into, but they’re so run down still. Management will show you a very nice model unit but don’t be fooled, your “remodeled” unit looks nothing like it. Kitchen and restroom cabinets are poorly constructed, my kids could’ve probably installed them much better. Worst part of this place is the roaches, the infestation is insane!!!! Roaches have been here since the day we moved in. Doesn’t matter how clean you are bc all the surrounding apartments are infested. Management offers biweekly pest control, but they rarely show up. Kids running around, causing chaos, at all times of day. There’s no peace here.

Worst place to live.. if you have kids or work late good luck on using the laundry facilities. Most of them don't work and they're high in price. Security will come at 8pm and lock the door wether you're done or not. The facilities are also closed on SUNDAY the day EVERYONE WASHES! 1,000+ A MONTH FOR NO W/D HOOKUPS. ROACHES and tons of problems.

Horrible just moved in Nov 1st submitted a request for my oven to be fixed Nov 5th submitted another request for bathroom sink underneath leaking and my dish washer is filled with water from using garbage disposal submitted that request nov 7th here it is nov 11th and nothing has been fixed ! Roaches are everywhere no matter how many time you clean your house this is HORRIBLE and they want you to pay so much $ for rent but nothing gets FIXED to even to the washer machines you have to have a card and they machine is down to make cards !!!!!! Worst mistake ever literally!

This is an OK place to live. Office people seem to be very nice. As for the neighbors, not so much. They are very loud all the time yet get upset when others get a tad bit loud. Also I constantly have to deal with loose dogs running after myself and my children every time we leave our apartment and it is very frustrating. I don't understand why they don't put the dogs on leashes like normal people do but I guess when you are used to being ghetto your whole life you don't know any better. Also mantainace is always a bit on the slow side with fulfilling request but I see why they are so busy. All and all the place is alright.
