I ended-up in The Emergency Room; due to the fact, an RN from Haggai Healthcare Agency made Well Over (3) Medication Errors ~ While The RN was Dispensing Medications into My MediSet.

The Phoenix Police Department and The Arizona State Board of Nursing have an On-Going Investigation against The Employee or The RN.

I was never provided an Apology.

NEVER USE THIS HOME HEALTH AGENCY!

I would NOT recommend at all.

I only had a very negative experience.
