No one came out to talk to me or assess my situation. Without warning! A caregiver showed up! She was nice enough that was a Monday. Then Tuesday, a different caregiver shows up! and immediately informed me that she doesn't supply her own mask and gloves. So I got no shampoo or bath. Here it is Friday! No caregiver, no call from the agency, nothing! not that it would have done any good! the first caregiver said that she only did some some dishes and give support to my bath and hair grooming they didn't give me a number to call or email if I had a question about something I have to supply gloves and mask and I know I have to supply cleaning material but being on a fixed income it takes a lot of money out of my once a month check I won't even think about calling them yet. I read the other reviews I don't want sarcasm on top of insult. I've been with them only four days.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The nurses are so burnt out from having to travel all over and only do bare minimum for a visit. They say they have no support in the field or in the office. Visits last 20-30 minutes if that which I think is less than the law requires. They change the dressing but that is all they have time for. No assessments, no vital signs, no checking anything else out. I call the office and wait on hold forever. Spoke with a guy named David who said he was the owner. If true that explains it. He was SO rude and unprofessional and talked about everything but my Mom's issue. He has no health experience whatsoever so why is he running a home care agency. I can do better with google to figure out if she is getting better and what should be her care treatment. Horrible for patients, horrible for staff. I guess David the owner is the only one happy as he makes the money. NOT ABOUT HEALTHCARE AT ALL!

There were some girls who did not do a good job but most were friendly and did a great job.

Very unprofessional! Prejudice, liars and so much more. Its disgusting how you treat people who are elderly and or sick people. They did nothing to help my mother and nurse made out of line comments to my.mother. I called and complained to the supervisor and she did NOTHING! SHE.LIED AND STILL SENT THAT HORRIBLE NURSE TO MY HOUSE. I can go on and on but I'll report it to medicare! Don't use them, run!
