Hahn Appliance Warehouse

Went there to buy an appliance, and we ended buying item worth $800. We shop there after seeing their commercial on our local news channel. We checked out their website, and it does not keep an up to date inventory on what they currently have and the prices. We had to call to ask them whether they have a particular item. We went to the store, saw an item we liked, but it was not available! We settled on getting something else. We went to the men's bathroom, and the toilet was absolutely disgusting! Not to be too explicit, but there were brown stain sprayed all over the toilet! All that to say, here are some of the thing to improve customer experience: 1 Have an up to date inventory on the customer facing website, so customers do not need to call in to inquire about an item. 2 If an item on display in the store is out of stock, place a sticker on the item indicating it is out of stock. That way customer can be prepare to make adjustments to their shopping plans without being surprised by the inventory status. 3 Periodically check the bathroom and ensure it is clean!!! You can have the most beautiful layout of appliances, but customer experience can be ruined by the 5 minute experience in the bathroom! ** Aside from all of that, the staff was very helpful!!!

Hahn appliance warehouse was amazing when I needed a new dishwasher! I let them know the features that were must haves, the features I’d like and my price range. They then showed me 4-5 options that worked with all of those and had quick answers on how long it would take for install and delivery. I had my new dishwasher installed beautifully within 10 days!!! The salesman Jessy was super helpful and never tried to upsell me past my budget. The installation crew was exceptional as well giving me so much information I didn’t even know I’d need. 10/10 will always be coming back to Hahn appliance warehouse for any of my next appliances and would recommend it to anyone.

Chris our sales person went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent purchasing experience. There was no high stress sales tactics here. He was very knowledgeable and listened well. He took his time and showed us many different items and gave us his honest opinion on different items we were considering. We will for sure purchase other appliances here if/when we need them.

Our sales person was congenial and knowledgeable. We felt well-informed to make a decision without pressure sales tactics. We were able to pick up our washer the same day as there was a wait time for the delivery service. The price-matching was also a welcomed benefit with no hassle.

I worked with Jerry and he was incredibly knowledgeable, gave great advice, and helped me figure out the right solution for my housing needs. I asked tons of questions about warranty support, differences between brands, performance, etc etc and he was absolutely great. Lead times on appliances these days are incredibly tough to work with, but Jerry came with a solution that solved and made the buying cycle predictable. Thank you. Also, pricing is great too. :

Needed appliances for new construction. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the different brands and very patient with me while I made my selections. Prices were comparable to what I had found online and I like to handle product before I buy. I would recommend everyone to check with them first before purchasing any large appliances.

Eddie did a great job. He answered my questions when I called and could beat my best price from Home Depot. He was knowledgeable and professional when we went to the store. The installers were also very nice and did a super job. Super employees.

Customer service was very helpful and explained the details of the appliance I was looking for. He explained the differences in the mechanics and how each one worked as it applied to my need. He was helpful in searching for on site availability along with possible delivery to this site. Very pleases with my selection.

Eddie was such a delight to work with! Some appliance stores you feel like you walked onto a used car lot. Not with Eddie! He was so patient, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with! We had no idea what we really wanted, and he toured the store with us to ensure we were doing what was best for us. If you are in the need of an appliance, Eddie is who you should go see!

Very nice place to do business with. Jerry Dirickson Salesman was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Customer service desk was equally as pleasant. We did “pick-up” and the guys at the warehouse met us at the dock and got us loaded up & out of there fast. Will definitely do business here again.
