Hair Club in New Orleans, LA has been very accommodating. Kenyatta is fun and a pleasure along with being time efficient. Her unique techniques to help meet a clients custom needs are the best for sure!

Noel Boudoin took very good care of me. She explained how to style my hair in order to create more volume. She also introduced me to Rootly blow dryer cream. She made me feel welcomed!

HairClub for Men Metairie does a fine job of providing hair care for me. My stylist, Noel, is very accommodating in meeting all of my expectations and hair needs from my salon visits. I would highly recommend her for any hair needs in your future.

I visited Hair club last weekend and I had an amazing experience!! The staff was very friendly and professional, and the establishment was clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. Sheryl was my stylist and she was patient in helping me to decide on which color would compliment the most. The manager even came out and introduced herself and asked if I was happy with my services . I will definitely be going back again!

Hair Club is very expensive for what you get. I was a "member" a few years back, dropped out because I found a better and cheaper source for hair. I re-upped about a year ago when I moved to New Orleans. The first head of hair they gave me was not color matched well and the front hair line was not correct. I informed them of this and they promised to fix these. After a year of multiple requests to fix this they have not done so and they just give me the run around and each time promising to fix the problems but they don't take care of it. I cancelled my membership. The stylists are cool but the customer service from whoever orders product and runs the office is poor.

My experience at HairClub was great! The office is clean and organized. Loved the complimentary snacks and coffee. My stylist was professional and very knowledgeable of the products being used.She made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process. I will def be back! Thank you Keisha and team!
