We manufactured 20 Custom Male Units for Michaels. He said they were made wrong. Our policy at Lyrical Hair Inc Custom Wigs and Toupees, is to remake any custom unit free of charge, if it's made incorrect. Lyrical has been in business for 20 years. Our factory offered to remake them, and we even made 4 units for free. Those free units alone he made back the money he took from Us. He refused to send ANY of the "Wrong" or "Bad"units back to us. I bent over backwards trying to help him, even though HE ordered the wrong lace in the first place and blamed our Factory. He called Amex and got his money back, but never returned our product. I call that, not being trustworthy. God Doesn't Like Ugly. Keep that in mind.
