Hair Enhancements of Pittsburgh

My mom is loosing her hair due to chemotherapy. She did not expect that it would bother her but was more of a struggle than she expected. We could not get a local wig person to call us back. So we drove 1.5 hrs on the recommendation of a friend. It was worth every minute of the drive. Kelsey was fantastic. She picked out pieces beforehand that matched my mom’s style from pictures that we sent. She was very patient and helpful. She made recommendations. No pressure to buy up. We went with a synthetic hair piece because it requires less maintenance. Kelsey explained how to care for it and gave us lots of tips. The next morning when my mom struggled to remember how to put it on because of her chemo brain, she called and someone walked her through it. They said that they get there at 5am to answer questions. We will definitely go back!

I was self conscious about my hereditary hair loss for more than twenty years. For my daughter's wedding i decided to do something about it. I made an appointment and went for a consultation. I was led to a private room and the staff was so friendly and kind, I immediately felt comfortable. I bought a hair piece that was cut, colored and styled to blend with my own hair. I love it! I get compliments from strangers on my hairstyle and color! My only regret is that I didn't come here years ago. Best thing I've ever done for myself.
