Hair We Are

Thanks to Hannah Massy I had a great experience. I showed her what I was looking for and she we above and beyond to give me what I wanted. I would definitely return. All staff was nice and quick to assist me from the time I walked in the door. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Very pleased all the way around. Thanks again Hannah.

Came in with over processed over bleached extremely damaged ugly orange hair, because like countless others who see YouTube videos I thought it would be okay to bleach out my hair it won't fall out it won't happen to me but it did!! Thank God for Audrey who made me feel pretty again yes I had to cut a lot off but she toned the color and didn't lecture me.

Sam absolutely destroyed my hair. The color was not even close to what I asked for. I asked for very light, long layers. She cut off a huge chunk (5 inches) on my right side. The cut is choppy and uneven. She was texting on her phone the whole time and was obviously distracted. I once had my hair cut by a friend when I was 16. It was horrible. My friend did a better job than the cut I got by Sam. It is going to take a couple years for this to be repaired. I came in a showed the manager what Sam did to my hair. She was rude and refused to refund my money and insisted I allow them to redo it. Then she suggested that I allow Sam to fix my hair. After I refused, another stylist fixed my hair and did what she could. Completely dissatisfied with the service, will never go back.
