If I could give this experience a zero, I would. I went to him because he advertises he does implants. I went to another Dr. who really does do implants and I was not happy with an out of pocket estimate of $20,000 after two insurance payments. So, I went to Dr. Hale to get a second estimate. The took ex rays. I then. Waited in a room for the Dr. He came in and asked me why I was there. I told him why and the name of the previous Dr. I was then told that he was his partner and that I would have to go through him anyway. I then said have a good day and I left. He never even opened my mouth. I then received a bill for the ex rays and an exam for which he never did. I can only tell you that I am Never going to his office again nor recommended him to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Hale for over 30 years. Through 3 different moves of his practice. He has always done a great job and his staff is also wonderful. They always remember me an my wife and are very kind during our visits. I have always recommended him as a great dentist. Do not let the other reviews dissuade you. If there was an issue, it was not with the Dr. Hal or his staff.......

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Hale. I started going to him about 2 years ago and could not be happier. His staff is so welcoming and they address any issues you have very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hale if you’re looking for a dentist in the Wichita area.

Yesterday I went in to get a cavity filled on a front tooth. When the anesthesia wore off, I noticed my tooth sticking out more than usual. I called the office to get it fixed. Debbie had answered and was rude when I was trying to tell her what the problem was. In the middle of our conversation she thought I had hung up on her and proceeded to mock me to her coworkers. I called back and confronted her about it. She did not apologize, but instead claimed she was not mocking me. I canceled all our appointments and we will be going to a dentist who can fix teeth correctly and the staff is professional.

I like and, more importantly, TRUST the care and services I have recieved from Dr. Hale. I give him a 5 on a one to five scale, where 5 is the best you can get!

PERFECT!!!!!! Dr. Hale and his group of beautiful assistants are absolute professionals. I travel alot for work and they always work with me to find a time that best fits my schedule when im home. I always feel like a family member when going to get my teeth cleaned. They all know me by name and im always greeted with a big smile upon arrival. If you are looking for the best dentist in Wichita, Kansas I highly suggest these professionals.

Used to go here and the dentist had walked away with the numbing needle in my mouth also receptionists were pretty rude over the phone must have thought I had hung up before I did because I heard her start to talk about the phone call she’d just had with me in a rude way I tried to schedule an appointment a month ago for a chipped tooth they never answer there phone and being closed on Fridays is a big inconvenience and closing at noon on Thursday someone has to wait 4 days to schedule and appointment and I never even got a call back from the voice mail I left tried to call them 2 more times after that and never got an answer I found a new dentist in my network way better and way more professional definitely wouldn’t recommend going here

Love Dr.Hale and his Staff, they are all so kind and caring from the front, to assistant's. SO Glad am a patient of his. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND

the Worst office in town, they cancel appointments because the dr is not there for several times.
