Have always had dental issues. Love Dr Coads listens to me, eases my anxiety is gentle and makes sure I have a say in the treatment plan. And I love Julie and Ms. Hilda!

I seriously damaged a tooth on Christmas Day, and called Dr. Coad’s emergency number Monday morning. Dr Coad got back to me very quickly. Even though his office was closed Monday, he had me come in and had the problem repaired within an hour. The fact that he was willing to leave his family on a holiday demonstrates how well he cares for his patients.

Dr. Coad and team are top notch! Not only do they help me with my dental health, they also listen to my concerns to help me understand pricing so I can make the best choice for me and my pocketbook!

Always friendly and professional. Expert care, I’ve had procedures from teeth cleaning to a new bridge with implants. My friends who go to Dr Coad agree.

Always pleasant, everybody there! Even the patients sitting in the waiting room, you can tell that they don’t mind being at the dentist office. To me that means, even though it is not what people in general want to spend their time doing, that it is a pleasant experience. I used to work there many years ago at the old office off West street and I came back to be a patient. I live out of town, but I am so glad to be coming here again!

He is very patient, kind, and takes care with me and my son. I have had bad experiences with other dentists, and he makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. His staff is very friendly, and great to be around. The entire office treats you like family.
