I've never seen the selection of tools that these guys have, it's impressive, working in the mining industry it's hard to find the bigger tools like 3/4" drive and bigger wrenches over 1 1/4" they have it all. I don't get the complaints about customer service I've read because they weren't anything short of courteous knowledgeable and helpful. Five stars and they only place I'll be getting tools from now on.

I went in on a whim to see if they stocked Knipex pliers. What I found was quite the surprise. This place has everything! I cannot recommend this place enough. The guys at the counter are extremely knowledgeable and the store is PACKED with high quality tools. I'm a big fan of buy local and I encourage anyone needing to stock their toolbox to check this place out first.

If you need quality tools then this is the place to go. Its difficult to find a place with tools that are made to last. You pay a lot more. If you plan on using tools for what they are intended for & don't want to strip bolts bend tools or fall short in the middle of what your doing. Spend the extra money & you'll be glad you did. Lots of tools in stock and the staff is very helpful. If they don't have it, or can't get it. They'll show you who does. Thank You Hall Tools!

They are simply the best. My company has been coming here for tools and services for years and will continue to do so. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgable.

What a great company. I recently purchased a belt/disc sander from Hall Tool. Upon breaking down the crate it was shipped in I found some concealed freight damage. One phone call and a few pictures later and I was informed that a replacement had been ordered at no cost. They were wonderful to work with and Mark was great about keeping me in the loop. Not to mention they were priced lower than Amazon. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.

Mixed feelings. They had the tool I wanted in stock and for $20 less than the big stores, but no employee was wearing a mask. They have some tiny plexiglass screens but these can't possibly be sufficient for anyone to be safe. Saw a customer without a mask also! Ridiculous.

Great guys, very patient and helpful even for a few naïve questions. Made me feel very welcomed and I appreciated the time they talk to help me find the right supplies for my project. especially because what I came into the shop thinking I needed cost Way more than in cheaper and just as effective a solution for a fraction of the cost. HALL TOOL COMPANY is a family-owned business they've been there for 85 years the third generation their customer service is impeccable and most of the time they're going to beat the price of the bigger guys anyway so show your support to all the local businesses show the love.

Straightforward and honest folks. They had what I needed and didn't try to sell me on $60 German screwdrivers. A very rare store in 2021.
