Seriously bad service I don’t really know what else to say. I was able to buy what I needed but the two fellas running the place sat in the back and were just chatting away while 4 people waited to check out.
Craig was the nicest guy so helpful him and his associate for the day helped me get a bulb and even helped me replace my headlight! I’m back in action baby! Thanks so much to the team on today you guys are awesome!
I've had pretty good experiences here. The staff is friendly enough, and they're willing to order parts if they don't have them in stock.
O'Reilly's is pretty much our go-to auto parts store. Whenever we have car trouble, we'll look up the nearest location and go there. We've done a lot of quick fixes in their parking lots! The employee who helped us today at this location was super nice -- not just to us, but to everyone we saw him deal with. The staff is one of the reasons we do business with O'Reilly stores -- in two years we've only had one negative employee experience and corporate HQ resolved our issue the next day.
Wasn't stocked very well and when I asked where I could find grease fitting I was told, "on isle 4 somewhere if we have them...". Not very please with customer service
they will not help you and follow you around the store like you are a thief or no good, very irritating
Only complaint, the clerk pushed this deep cycle battery down my throat with the caveat; I'd be able to get it charged at any O'Reillys, well when I tried she informed me their charger was unavailable and I have received the same response on subsequent visits.
I needed a new car battery and they were priced similar to other stores but they were kind enough to help me put it in where other stores would not. I was very thankful as I did not have the tools to do it on my own. I appreciated the kindness and attention from all the employees.
Marc Is awesome! I came in close to closing, because I desperately needed some new windshield wipers on a car I just bought. He was extremely helpful and selecting the best pair, help me find some good washer fluid to use as well, and he came out in the cold and rain to help me put them on my car. That is amazing customer service . 10/10 would come here again . Thanks Marc for making my last minute visit quick and easy
Best customer service anywhere. But not on Grand and Burnside. They didn't loan me a jack. Or something to cut a pipe I had bought from there for an exhaust and then said they didn't have sockets
