Great care from nursing staff and therapist. Friendly and very competent. We really appreciate the good care you have given to our mother during her Rehab stay!

My mom is here. If she has to be in a home I’m glad it’s this one. Starting with the front receptionist who always have a smile and really care how you are. The place is so clean and inviting. The staff are wonderful and they treat each resident with care.

Thank you to all the staff at Hallmark Nursing Center during my mom’s stay. The entire staff was professional, kind and ready to help my mom as well as us through-out this process.

Most of the time my friend is attended to very well; other times not so much. I find the facility clean. The lunch room needs to be fixed so these people can socialize more.

The staff at this facility are absolutely amazing. The care they show for their residents is second to none. I have seen first hand the relationships they build with residents and the culture of respect they instill, not to mention how deeply they are affected when they are forced to deal with a loss. These residents are not a number, they are family and treated as such. I could not recommend a finer, more caring, more empathetic staff than the folks at this center. God bless them and what they do, it is truly amazing!

My mother has been at Hallmark for 3 years now and loves it. When she first moved in, she would tell us she felt like she was in college dorms with so many friends to visit, great food, and exceptional care. She became involved in all the different activities, church services, and fun events. She became President of the residents and loves working with the staff to continue the sense of family she has found at Hallmark. The staff encourages the residents to visit each other, especially if someone is feeling alone. Creating a sense of community and family is a priority for the management. We have peace of mind that our mother is in a clean, protective, and loving community. The staff communicate well with the families and always try to accommodate the families’ specific needs/wants. They are wonderful people! After 3 years, Mom still speaks so highly of Hallmark. We love and appreciate you!

Thank you for taking excellent care of my mom! This review is long overdue but better late than never. My mom fell last year and went to Hallmark Nursing Center for rehab. They were outstanding and had so much to deal with during the Covid restrictions. They were kind, attentive, friendly, and caring. I was nervous about taking her to a nursing facility since I had poor experiences with other centers when my dad was ill. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one's care. A special thanks to Susan, Jenny, Laura, Becky, and Trish. And thanks to nurses Cassie and Rachel for your excellent care.

My mother has been at Hallmark for about 10 days now and it has been a blessing to have her in such a warm and welcoming facility. The staff here is very caring, compassionate, and professional in every aspect of their work. The doctor, nurses, PT and OT have all been very knowledgeable about my mom’s complicated medical situation, and they’ve been very respectful, considerate, and encouraging in their work on her behalf. The progress she has made in the past ten days reflects their dedication and competence. Their ability to connect with her has brought out the best in her and given her the confidence to live independently again. That is priceless!

I have worked here as agency staff in the past and present and this place is amazing. The quality of care this center offers is amazing. The environment is always clean and has a warm feel to it. If I ever need to place my loved one in a home this will be my first choice.

I went there as a nursing student and was very impressed with their staff and their dedication. Each resident received the care that they needed to live as independently and dignified as they could. The staff knew each resident and what each preferred and made an effort to provide care to that standard. They made an effort to ensure that each resident was able to get out of their bed and socialize as much as possible considering the circumstances. Overall, I was quite impressed with the facility and how they interacted and treated the residents.
