Scheduled a covid booster online and had a confirmed appointment. I arrived for them to tell me they had no boosters available. I understand that inventory is limited, but them not calling to notify me before I drove over there or help me book another appointment was infuriating. Incompetent management.

Just got a covid test done here and it was SO EASY. Go to Walgreens online first, you take an eligibility test. If you qualify, you’ll enter your info & health insurance details. Then you can select an appointment, and you’ll receive two email confirmations. The actual test is done through the pharmacy drive through, and it’s self-administers. We got to stay in our car, and didn’t have to shove the q-tip way up into our brain space like I’ve heard other tests do!. We think we’ll get results in 2-3 days, but possibly faster. I’ll update when received.

Scheduled an appointment for 2:30 for a simple flu vaccine. It took an hour to get checked in. I asked how much longer and they said another hour. Walgreens is a terribly run company.

Dropped off a prescription for my 7 month old. I was told it would be ready @ 3:20. Went and picked it up and was only handed 2 out of the 3. called and was told it would take another 1 to 2 hours for them to fill the prescription. Called and talked to the manager and was transferred and said they were too busy to fill mine asap because they had 2 other people ahead of me.

They are running over an hour behind on scheduled flu vaccine appointments.

Pharmacy staff rude and not helpful. Covid testing service. Free Covid test is helpful at convenient location.

The staff are nice and helped a lot.
