I got my roots bleached with Dinnie and they did a fantastic job! The color came out beautiful and icy without damaging my already bleached hair. I was also really happy to go to a salon that actually knows how to care for and style my wavy hair. Definitely a very positive experience, everyone on the team was super helpful and lovely and answered all my questions. Dinnie did a wonderful job cutting my hair. They walked me through every step of the process and guided me how to repair my chemically damaged hair to protect and regain my curls. This review is long overdue. I’ve been going to Heather for years. I show her a picture, and she modifies it based on what works with my hair and lifestyle. And the cut/color always grows out beautifully, and I always wait way too long in between appointments. I had been to so many salons in the city previously and was never really impressed. Had a curly hair cut with Heather and it was very uneven—which I presumed was hard to do with curly hair. I went in again and she fixed it for free, but after I came home I still had to even it own on my own. These things happen with curly hair, especially during dry cuts, so that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing because Heather is very unprofessional and loves discussing her other clients' race and subsequent racial stereotypes. During both times, she kept telling me about quirks of her "Caucasian" client or "Black" client. I thought it was just me because I'm a person of color but she did this with her other clients as I was waiting. I ran into someone later who had used her and she also had a similar experience—she told her she's not like her other Jewish clients who want this and that. Not what I want to support or hear during a haircut, which wasn't great to begin with.Services: Curly hair

I had the best haircut of my life with Juliette here! She was so fun and friendly and did a beautiful cut and color on my hair. The salon was clean and they really made an effort to make me feel comfortable. I cannot recommend her and this studio enough!!

I’ve been both here and the Passyunk location and both are beautiful. Very clean, safe, and an overall great experience. Heather is a curly expert! I’ve had other diva cuts in Philly but I think her combination of techniques is the best. I’m always happy to follow her lead but I also always feel confident that she’s listening to my requests. I can’t recommend this enough for fellow curly haired people!

Kenzie took great care of me, I knew I was in great hands the whole time : I have very long curly-ish hair and Kenzie navigated it like a pro! I left loving my haircut and feeling great!
