Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Beale Street

Location was excellent for the downtown scene Beale Street, FedEx Forum. Hotel staff is friendly and courteous....Room was clean. Needed a little maintenance on the door and the fitness room needs a little TLC on the equipment. I will stay here again when I visit Beale Street in the future.

Great location, 2 blocks from Beale Street. Clean and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel posts disclosures it is noisy because of the close proximity to Beale, but we had no issues.

Worst stay I have ever had at a Hampton Hotel. No air conditioning and poor service. I was instructed to call hotel manager and complain. I did so and left a message but she never called back. Paid over $1,300 for 2 rooms at this hotel and it was a complete waste of money. Manager and staff ai this hotel do not care about the customer.

Pleasant stay. Very short walk to Grizzlies game at FedEx Forum and Beale Street. The hot breakfast, as well as start were very accommodating. We enjoyed our staycation.
