Fantastic customer service at this store from everyone. Big shoutout to BIG SAF working the cashier station for helping me pick out the perfect grill, explaining what I need for it and arranging a delivery and assembly for me. One of the store managers was very helpful and I didn't feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them asking questions. The item was delivered right on schedule and was hassle free. Thanks BIG SAF!

Workers are helpful and knowledgeable of the products they have in stock. If they don't have it they will put in a special order for you. It's a good hardware that doesn't have inflated prices in the neighborhood.Always a pleasure deal with the man that work back there,They treat you like family with respect and honesty…will always be my first option to go to them for me and my family. I frequent this place of business often and I have for several years. The store is clean, well stocked and beautifully organized. Customer service is great. My concern and experience is the issue of refilling propane tanks. I've witnessed this behavior during the servicing of other customers as well. The young man has since been replaced. This is wonderful! Good news. Thank you. Please remain honest. This is better to do.
