Extremely unhappy. Hidden charges, changes in terms, lousy communication, etc. They are friendly at first, and then take advantage of you later.
Overall good service, however the drive-thru is very slow everytime - quicker to go inside
Worst customer service ever
This bank is horrible. 30 minutes to make a deposit. People lined up to the entrence while the two service desk employees on cell phone texting. Management?? 9/2/17.
15 minutes at window in drivethru. Deposit was for $30,000. Receipt said $300. SRSLY?!
