Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

LaToya was wonderful and completely professional. Even when I didn’t know the massage was over and didn’t realize I was supposed to get dressed after she left (it was my first time! Haha). I would return to her again as she did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage. The woman at the front desk was sweet, too, and extremely helpful in explaining the various packages available for discount with membership. I will be back!

Today I had what was supposed to be an 80 minute massage with 2 enhancement(scalp massage and cold stone facial massage) I started at 2pm and was finished at 3:20. I specifically went for the 80 minute massage,but since I would be using 2 full credits( I am a member and pay 59.95 a month) it was suggested I do the enhancements. It was my understanding that these were in addition to the 80 minutes of massage. How I was finished all services in 80 minutes is a bit confusing to me. I feel like I was shorted 20 minutes of massage time, which is what I made the appointment for. I mentioned this to the front desk and was giving some lame bit about the enhancements being incorporated into the massage. Again this is bull. This shorting of time seems to be pattern for this place. I have at least 5 more services that I have already paid. I will use them up, but will be cancelling my membership. There are way to many other good places to get massages. I won't be wasting my money here.

I only had a few facials before in my life now I go every month to see Terry. She is amazing! My skin looks radiant and beautiful. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. Go see Terry at Hand and Stone in Middletown and you won’t be disappointed in your skin!!! Also the staff are always so nice especially the 2 ladies at the front desk on Friday evenings when I come.

Excellent atmosphere and service. I enjoyed the complete experience and will definitely return! Regina did a phenomenal job and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Great addition to Middletown.

Nice staff, quiet rooms, though one room has a very squeaky table. Make sure you get an experienced massage therapist/tech.
