Never had a bad experience here! I’m a regular and love the rollover policy. Very convenient. Staff is so friendly, accommodating, and cooperative. Had a payment issue and they fixed it right away and gave me my money back promptly. Masseuses are also very professional and make sure everything is going okay for you. They have a wonderful clean facility and equipment.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This was my first time going and I absolutely loved it. The front desk ladies were very nice and professional, great at their job. I had Laura for my facial, the intro classic for 1 hour. She was so sweet and easy to talk to, she made me feel so relaxed and able to unwind and enjoy my day off. My skin feels so much better. Only “complaint” would be there were a few pimples that were not extracted that were pretty noticeable that I had to get when I got back home.

I've been here many times for massages/facials and couples massages. I've never had a bad experience. Memberships are very reasonable as well.

Impossible to get the appointment times that you want. They are always pressuring you to schedule with male consultants to the point that it is uncomfortable. Plenty of other options so shop around.
