Ross Bergfalk, Myofascial Massage

I had one "gift" massage here from my niece. I do not have any big medical issues, however I had been experiencing stiffness and pain in my right shoulder and the right side of my neck. Sometimes on a very busy night at work, when I have a lot of patients on the floor, I would even have cramping on my right side and headaches.  After the massage he gave me I had none of this! I felt relaxed and good and started doing my yoga again! But work has been very steadily busy for the past 3 weeks and two nights ago I felt my right side tightening up again so I made an appointment to see you again. Thank you, Ross!

Ross is a great guy who is also a great myofascial massage therapist. He really knows what he's doing. Have been seeing him for pain and limited range of motion issues related to "mouse shoulder" from years of intensive design work on the computer. He is making a difference. My shoulder is much better and he helped me understand the best way to set my desk up to reduce the everyday strain.

I went and saw Ross yesterday for the first time. I have had shoulder, neck, and head pain for as long as I can remember. After just one visit I feel like a new person. I just woke up from sleeping soundly and I feel amazing. I can't emphasize enough what a big deal this is. This chronic pain that has been so unbearable is magically gone today. THANK YOU, ROSS. Today I will be able to play with my kids and get through the day without Tylenol. I'll be back! If you are experiencing pain, go see Ross!!!!

Second time seeing Ross. I was on my 5th day of a migraine. Ross got me in on a Friday night when I was able. He truly cares about helping others and I am sincerely grateful he extended his day to see me. My headache, as of right now, is gone. No narcotics. No meds. Just good ol’ hands on healing. I've been going to Ross for regular myofascial massage for 3 months now and highly recommend him. He's very professional, and the myofascial massage has been the one thing to make a noticeable improvement in my upper back/shoulder/neck pain related to exercise injury.
