Katie Licata is very professional and knowledgeable. On of those rare specialists who make ailments bearable, and for having a wonderful patient-friendly personality. Katie is so careful to explain every detail of your treatment and diagnosis to you in a manner you will understand.

Hand + stands out among the place I visited or consider in NYC. To start from the end, it helps better. My therapist was Alejandra Montejo, has high credentials in hand therapy and great hands.
Seeing the reviews I'm quite disappointed on my experience. I recently called on a Thursday evening to obtain information on receiving possible treatment. The person who assisted me on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional the whole time, did not seem considerate at all. She would not remember my name and would be talking over me. It's unfortunate that was my first impression, maybe there is a change in staff, but I did not encounter that positive experience.
Katie is an excellent therapist. She is warm, encouragement and patient.Above all, she is skilled and knowledgeable.
I'm happy with the service. Every person from receptionist to therapist are helpful and knowledgeable. The level of care, concern, experience and follow up is amazing. Katie spends every session working hard with me to make me function as well as possible painlessly and quickly. She is a warm, nice, and attentive, most important, she is an excellent therapist who is very knowledgeable, competent. She has magical hands. I would highly recommend Katie Licata and Hand Therapy team to anyone that is recovering from a hand injury.
The facility is great- clean, modern, with ample equipment. The therapists are all friendly, especially Natalia, who is awesome! She’s not only extremely knowledgeable, but very qualified and brings years of experience. You can be sure you’re in good “hands”!
Every time I have PT with Katie I can relax because I am confident that I am getting the best care. She goes the extra step to make sure the time we spend together is maximized and that I know exactly what I should be doing at home to get the best overall results.
