Handy's Service Center

Very impressed with the service this station gives. They are friendly and welcoming no matter who the customer is. Charlie is honest and straight forward with what's wrong with my vehicle and doesn't say "Well it could be this or it might be that" He looks the car over prior to calling the customer and has a TOTAL price ready for me. Two weeks ago I brought my truck in and I had several things wrong with it as usual but he explained to me why each one need to be repaired and which ones could wait if I needed to due to funds. Once I got into my truck I could feel right away a difference in my wheels and steering - I was amazed. Yesterday I brought my daughters car to see when he could look at it. We told him the maintenance light kept blinking and the brakes sounded like metal on metal. With no hesitation he told me to drop it off today. When I say Handy's on my caller idea I held my breathe because I knew it was going to need brakes and an oil change, Charlie told me that it was all the car needed was the brakes and oil because everything else looked great. When he told me the COST of the repairs I was really impressed. Thank you Charlie you're the BEST!!!

I was never more scared and intimidated by this towing company. I thought I had a flat tire on the highway. I called the police because I felt unsafe getting out of the car to inspect it. (High traffic hour) the police immediately called the towing company. I said I’m not sure it’s flat, I don’t need a tow. But they insisted. After a while I checked my tire, and a piece of plastic had become lodged up near the tire. But I still needed help to pull it out. But I was able to drive it off the highway and called the police and told them. They said well the towing truck was still on the way. He arrived and I told him I don’t need a tow or a tire change. I said can u just help me pull the plastic away from the tire and duct tape it. NOPE he said. Plus in fact you owe me 75.00 for coming here. I said for what?! You didn’t do anything. I get paid either way. I talked to his boss and he said they can impound your car till you pay it. This isn’t even my car, I borrowed the car. I don’t have the money I told him and he yells at me and says we will impound the car. These people are the most crooked unfeeling heartless people I’ve ever met. I drove away with the car the same and out 75.00 that I needed for bills.

They are really professional. Do them work quickly, the cost is cheaper than another place and the manager ( Charlie) who’s standing all the day is very good with the costumers (friendly and talk many languages) + they’re open 8 am until 9 pm

We were involved in an accident on our way to Montreal, QC and John and Charlie were so helpful in getting us back on the road within 2 hours! We were expecting to spend the night (at least) in Burlington with the amount of damage done to the car but they were able to repair it quickly.

What a joke, claimed I'd get 10% off with my AAA and be serviced faster because of it. Gave me an outrageous estimate for the work needed all very doable by an able person. Then after I declined their inflated cost decided I would just do and they put the lugnuts back on so tight I bent 2 tire irons trying to break it free. You'd think with a name like handys lube station you could expect more from
