Fantastic upscale Chinese cuisine with a spicy kick! You will walk into an aesthetically pleasing restaurant with a small bar and the main seating area with plants and a skylight in the middle. I really like hope they set this place up, simple yet elegant. Their food was delicious and pack with flavor! Their appetizers were great. My favorite was the Lamb Noodles. They put just the right amount of spice so that it’s not overbearing but really sparks up your tastebuds. The service here was impeccable. They were very kind and attentive. It is more on the pricey side, but it’s worth the cost. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
Wow very delicious! First time will not be the last. I want to try everything. My seafood pancake was fabulous. The eggplant dish was tasty and plentiful. Shout out to the Starbucks reserve bartenders. They recommended this place to me. Amazing! Come here you will not be disappointed.
This Hao Noodle is right on the way of going to Little Island, so when I was coming back decided to have dinner there. They had walk-in seats in the high top tables, but to get a regular table in their beautiful main room, you probably will need a reservation. I had a positive experience, very gentle service, if only a little rushed. The highlight was the golden spicy pickled cabbage they’re not lying, is delightfully very spicy. The lamb belly noodles taste like a home cooked meal and were very tasty, though I would like a bit more sauce at the top it was more concentrated at the bottom. For dessert, the soybean pudding was consistent but a little unbalanced in the sweetness and the sesame ice cream lacked the sesame flavor punch I would expect. Overall a great restaurant, and would definitely come back for savory dishes.
Excellent Chinese food! The soup dumplings are probably the best I’ve ever had. The ginger spinach and wood ear mushrooms were so flavorful and fresh. The Hotpot Beef Noodle soup was incredible! Broth was rich and spicy. Portions were very generous. Service was great! The restaurant itself is also so beautiful. Highly recommend this place! Update: Went here for the second time. Tried all different menu items. Just as excellent!
For a group of 6 people we spent around 24$ per person. We all had a dish each and shared three appetizers. Price is very fair considering the area. As an Asian I think the food was pretty good too. Service was attentive. One item didn’t come out but we reminded the waiter and he brought out a fresh batch ASAP. Looking forward to trying more of their dishes. Vibe is nice too.
Editing down from four to two stars because multiple people in my dining party had upset stomachs the next morning and this was the only shared meal. —- Honestly better than expected. It’s reasonably authentic Chinese food if you order the right dishes. Cold dishes/appetizers pork belly, sweet and sour spareribs were sub-par and generally strangely sweet. Hot dishes were on point including the pea shoots, spicy and sour fish pot, Dan Dan noodles, Shanghai dumplings, and mapo tofu. A decent option if you’re in the Chelsea market area.
This restaurant brings me back to eating such good breakfast in China. I haven’t found a good Chinese restaurant that could replicate the food in China. The staff are super friendly and the pricing is reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Next time I got to New York, this will be my first stop!
Hao Noidle is a very elegant restaurant. My friend and I ate their for lunch, which is served from 12-3 . However you want to arrive by 1:30-2 to make sure you can place your order before the kitchen closes. The food was fabulous!
Trust me their noodle is so good! The chickpea noodle reminds me of home not the most authentic, but really tasty!. As well as the tofu in fish soup, very umami and just like the one I had in childhood. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing dinner and atmosphere. The place is quiet and have great service fast - we ordered the shrimp noodle salad to start and beef hotpot soup + mushroom chicken soup. All amazing! 100% recommend
