I say go, disregard reviews, just my humble opinion. Seeing all these reviews I hesitated to go but as I needed same or next day service I decided to give it a shot. Great experience! I see all the reviews from over 6 months so maybe things were different back then but as for Oct 2021 none of my clothes were lost , young lady at the front desk was exceptionally polite, reasonable prices, next day service and a fresh clean blazer! I’m happy with Happy Cleaners!

May is my local, go-to tailor. I'm always happy to make the hike down 4th St, because I know my alternations will be perfect and if they're not the first time, she'll make sure to correct it right away. She's fantastic at her craft and also works incredibly quickly for fast turnarounds too. Can't recommend her services enough.Service: Alterations

I would give 0 stars if I could. They double charged me for cleaning 4 coats and then refused to return the laundry bag my coats came in. I tried to call them numerous times and each time they said they'd call me back. Finally, during the last phone conversation, the employee told me that because my residential building no longer had a contract with them, they would not return my laundry bag. So because my building no longer contracts with you, you steal my laundry bag? I later realized my residential building had a contract with them for only 2 months, then abruptly ended the contract. I can take a good guess as to why. This place is the worst! Oh and did I mention their terrible customer service. Do NOT send your clothes to this place. STAY FAR AWAY! You've been warned.

I came here for both dry cleaning, as well as alterations. Both services were not good. The dress I had "altered" for an upcoming trip was not altered whatsoever. It was left at the same length, but I was still charged for the "alterations." I could tell it was untouched because the original hem was still there and when I tried the dress on it hit me at the exact same spot while wearing the same shoes I wore while having it measured for alterations. Unfortunately, I was leaving the following day after my boyfriend picked up our items. So I'm left to purchase another dress for the wedding I'm attending. As for the dry cleaning, one of the items picked up looked liked it had been streamed and not actually cleaned. Simple watermarks were still present. Needless to say I don't trust this business to provide either services. I will try to have my money refunded once I'm home. Take your business elsewhere. :

Ruined my pants, unevenly tapered them. Gave very clear instructions... disregarded and let the tailor run rouge. When i called to rectify the issue i was told "theres nothing we can do, the work is done"Services: Alterations

My expensive dress given to dry clean was mysteriously never returned with the rest of my cloths. Tried for two months to speak to management and have yet to receive a return call. went in a number of times and owner is always "out". Lady at the counter is always rude with zero customer appreciation!

Surly customer service means I'm searching for a new business. While they provide reasonable prices for tailoring and cleaning, the service is a consistent pain to deal with. I've done cleaning here for a few years and most interactions are borderline unpleasant. I have spoken with management, the staff remains rude, I'm going somewhere else where my business is appreciated. Best of luck.

DO NOT USE HAPPY CLEANERS! They ruined a brand new $600 blouse of mine and could not be less helpful or apologetic. Calvin, the owner, treated me with horrendous customer service and I had to follow up about fifteen times to get any response at all. They know absolutely nothing about garment care. Do not use Happy Cleaners if you care about your clothes. Edited to add: I was eventually partially reimbursed for my damaged item, but it was not an easy process.
