They changed their bread sticks. Resembles just sliced pizza dough. Unremarkable bread sticks lacking flavor. Quality is inconsistent. Customer service quality is up and down. Drivers always nice. But they are extremely slow for delivery.
I placed my order at 10:30 and received my order at 12:30. All three of my pizzas were cold. Not warm, Luke warm but absolutely cold. The crust was flat and soggy. I will never order from this location again. They should be ashamed to even send out food like this to families. I’m a hard working mother that wanted to have a pizza and movie night for my children. Didn’t happen. My children hates the pizza as well. I’m so disappointed and upset. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
I change my whole review, my pizza order was over 1 hour late in delivery and I stay 4 minutes away. My food was very cold & my cheese was so hard and crust. Due to it being old and cold. I placed an order today why? Because I was offered a discount and better service next time. So I order TODAY & they say they cant discount me cus its nothing in the system after the female manager on Plymouth & Greenfield told me only a few days ago she put it down. So unprofessional!!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN ONLY PAPAS PIZZA & JETS!!
ordered 2 large pizzas , a philly steak sub, and boneless buffalo wings. first of all, they are less than 10 minutes down the street from me , and it took them almost 2 hours to deliver , also the pizzas were dry and filled with grease. there was bones inside of my box, but they weren’t insides of the chicken, which i don’t understand why bones were there anyway because i ordered boneless.there wasn’t any sauce on any of it.
Placed and order for delivery. Waited an hour and called back an the employee said she didn't have an order for my address. Asked for the manager, who then said there was an order but she couldn't access where it was in the que. So she then told me it was leaving out as we were speaking. Waited another hour and called the manager back and cancelled my order. I only lived 5 minutes away. Not waiting on nobody food for 2 hours. Believe it or not the delivery person showed up about 20 minutes later. Sent him and the food back. Customer Service is non existent in this location. We do not have to treated like this and spending our money..
I am a regular customer of Happys pizza on Plymouth road in Detroit despite several issues such as cold and undercooked food to rude employees. Tonight 4/15/2020 I am completely confused and disgusted with this place. I ordered chicken and fries at 630pm it is now 945pm and I still have NO food. Since I had been sick I've been too weak to cook for my children who are waiting to have a meal. Now it is too late to order from anywhere. I called happys around 745pm too inquire about my food and was told that it had been sent out the door just a few minutes earlier for delivery. I recieved a call back from Happys around 815 asking if I received my food and to notify the store when the driver arrived. I called back and spoke to to someone asking for a refund at this point. I was told I couldnt get a refund but could get a credit for my next order. How is this possible when i never received my order???. I then spoke with the manager who stated she would have my order made fresh and sent out immediately. I called back 45 minutes later and was told the manager was looking for a driver. I asked for a refund again. Was put on hold for 5 minutes then told the manager was no where to be found. The young lady took my number and stated the manager would call me back. Its 953 now.. NO FOOD. NO CALL BACK AND NO REFUND!!!!! I dont appreciate being handled in the manner and Happys Pizza will NEVER get a dime out of me ever again. I'm disgusted. Asked for district manager as told there is mone. Asked for corporate number and was given 1800Be Happy.The manager Nadela is rude and incompetent. Whole staff needs training or new jobs
The worst Happys in the city!! They always find a way to mess up an order! When it’s time to correct the mistake they put you hold forever and hand the phone from person to person. If you order from here definitely don’t order delivery!! You have to be face to face for them to actually try to make the order right! I’ve literally been waiting 3 hours for them to send back out my order that they made wrong! Just poor customer service! Their low prices aren’t even worth the headache.
I ordered 2 large pizzas one with pepperoni and the other with pepperoni and Italian sausage both with flavored crusts and a 12 piece breadstick, I was told it would be a hour for delivery....that turned into 2 hours and 20 minutes, when I called to see what was taking so long I was told to have a little "patientience" it will be a couple more minutes. When it finally got here ofcourse it wasn't hot anymore, he forgot my breadsticks and never brought them, they gave me 2 of the same pizzas one without flavored crust. It took 20 minutes to get through on the phone and talk to anybody. Wont be ordering from here again just ridiculous.
Placed an online order at 8:30pm and didn't get my food until 9:30. I ordered just 2 medium pizza. Worker was rude and kept asking what was my order. This isn't the first time either this happened. Save your money.
Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. Waited 3 hours for a delivery and got treated poorly every time I called to check on my order. Was refused to speaking with a manager the entire night. Woke up the next morning and spoke with the manager and his customer service is just as bad as his employees. Also every single time I’ve ordered from here my order was incorrect as well and nothing was done about.
