Incredibly disappointed. We ordered two meals one 5 piece wing, mac&cheese, and green beans. One 5 piece wing, collard greens, and candied yams. The wings while seasoned well that’s the only good thing I have to offer. The wings wfull of order but my goodness this review is needed so no other patron experiences this again. feathers, from the pictures the wings looked a decent size. Yet these were the size of wing-dings at best. Of which I only received 4 wings instead of 5. The mac&cheese was underwhelming with a twinge of sweet. In my wing dinner order I ordered Collard greens and was given Mac&Cheese instead without being informed. The yams also underwhelming. Grub hub refunded

Wow Wow I was having a bad food day my lunch that was in the fridge at work since yesterday froze . I had to end up ordering food which I didn’t want to do because everytime I ordered from Grubhub the food is awful and my order is usually wrong. I ordered from Victory Soul Food and OMG Perfection The food was fresh and still hot when it got to me. The care they took in packaging the food was also . This was my food I ordered from ubereats it took an hour and some change to get the food, the fish was hard as rocks, yams not tasty and corn bread was like pound cake, look how they served my drink. They Mac and greens was the most decent thing on my plate

Ordered on Ubereats..everything was so beautifully packed & the portions were amazing. Everything tasted great too YAMS were the best!! Made me & the baby in my belly so happy lol.

Great food! Everything came fresh and the seasoning was perfect. The loaded mashed potatoes are fantastic. We didn't get our cornbread, and my pop was just soda water, but the rest of the food tastes good enough to make up for it :

Listen, I order from Victory Soul Food Weekly, normally. When I don’t enjoy their food, I feel like something is wrong. Everything I have ever ordered has always been tender, seasoned, and delicious. I can tell that they put care and effort into sending out amazing food every time. I appreciate having the food of my childhood recreated for me every now and again.

Greens, Mac & cheese, Catfish Candied yams and cornbread. No power this day and the food is on time. Would have been quite upset if the power took them out. I love y'all.

Damn! Just damn! It's been a long time since I've eaten like that I got to tell ya, reminds me of Mom. Smothered pork chop piece, piece of Meatloaf, loaded mashed potatoes, candied yams, green beans, and peach cobbler! 100% worth every penny. My taste buds are dancing!

I've been looking for a good soul food joint for some time now. Everyone who has southern family has their own take on what good soul food is. Family recipes handed down over generations, no alterations whatsoever. I was skeptical about this place, it being inside of a store and all, but I must say I wasn't disappointed. Is it just like my mamaws cooking from Kentucky? No, but its a step in the right direction. I got meatloaf, fried porkchops, yams, mac and cheese, greens, and mashed potatoes. Meatloaf was hearty, but I'm tired of packet gravy. Fried pork chops were good, but the skin was soggy after having been in an enclosed container for the delivery process. Maybe a quick turn in the broiler would've crisped them back up. Yams were tasty, doesn't take much to make those good. Not a fan of mac & cheese but I always get it to see if I can recommend it to my friends who do. Last but not least, the mashed potatoes were better than expected. Not the best, but better than most out of the box concoctions. I'll be ordering again soon.

When I finally received this food via grub hub I was shocked that it was nasty because of the image portrayed. There was professional pictures like it was made in a kitchen and I would never order food from a liquor store. Besides all of that, before I even learned it was a liquor store I was going to do a review because the food was not good. The reviews are very misleading. I ordered wings loaded mash and Mac and cheese. The wings were bloody inside, Mac and cheese was very plain despite looking good. Only thing good was the loaded mashed potatoes but I would have never ordered them with fried chicken had I known it was GARLIC mashed. Overall I feel bamboozled. Waste of money.
