Harbor Freight Tools

Gotta give it 5 stars this time. Everyone knows why we're here but the customer service today was awesome. I was dressed a little bummy so it may have had something to do with it. The staff and cashier were super friendly and I was told I could bring a dull file in for replacement under their lifetime warranty. Found everything I needed and a couple others I couldn't pass up. Just a nice shopping trip

Great Deals and friendly staff. Employees seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs!! Always nice to see! Clear aisles and clean and well organized.

I had really good help from Stephanie and Nicole both really did great helping me with my tools!!! I don't know what their hourly pay is but they deserve DOUBLE!!! CORPORATE if you see this please!! Thank you!

Most of the tools in my garage are from harbor freight. I'm just a basic guy with basic needs, if harbor freight would sell Chinese girls robots , I would buy that too..

I accidentally broke my rolling dolly chair. I was in buying some other stuff and I happened to mention it and the woman at the counter told me they can swap it. I guess they had a factory recall on that. It was old and I wore it out but was happy to take a new one.

Good place for cheap tools, not always quality products but if you're looking for something that you use occasionally it is much more reasonable

Went in to do a warranty return, it was smooth, no hassles! Employees were very helpful!

Was in line checking out …4 people were in line 1st cashier was helping…Johnny the supervisor is in line 2 helping another customer…I walk to his line…he refuses me and help …but helps customer number 3 in line tells me to go to the other line…I was like why not help me I was there had 2 items and card in hand …he says they were next …NO they weren’t…guy 2 was …I was like if you were helping the next customer it’s different but you called Customer 3 and told me he gotta go in order and they only one line…they keep asking to put a sign up…lol he’s the supervisor he should do better

The staff is a little rude and they treat everyone like shop lifters...but they are very knowledgeable... great deals...you could get lost in there for days

Whenever I see something at Lowe's or Home Depot I say to myself I'll just go to harbor freight and get it for half the price
