Walked in the door this morning with my stepson to buy a shredvac and a backpack blower. The cost would be over a thousand dollars. But not one person spoke to us. And there were three people behind the counter. I guess they didn't think wr had money.

Talked to Bill, After having to ask who I was speaking with and He didn't want to give his name ? We bought a High end power washer a year ago from this outfit. Called to get pricing for a tune-up... " Let me check how far behind we are " ????? " Probably Can't look at it for at least 2-1/2 weeks " ?? If you want service AFTER the sale, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I must say if you want to talk to some one that know's all about generator's talk to these guy's. I talked to mark and told him the problem i was having with my new EU3000 Honda and he told me what was going on with it and what to check. The people here are super nice and willing to help you which now of day's is hard to find in Vegas. Most people now of day's just want you to drop it off so they can charge you a ton of money well NOT HERE.

My Techs and I have been going here for over 40 years I think... has it been that long? These guys are awesome, sell the best equipment, no games, great mechanics that are HONEST! They help keep my business running. They did a rebuild and warranty work on my 23hp Briggs and stratton motor, and now I need a pressure washer. Great asset to Las Vegas!

Dealt with Mark he was very fair and very honest. I live over a hundred miles from this shop if I have any further issues I would not hesitate to make the drive to get my repairs done. honda 1000 generator. These guys are great !!

I brought a chainsaw to this place three weeks ago for repair and was quoted and amount of a little over $200 to fix it. I was okay with that but their communication was poor and I had to call several times to find out if the tool was ready. I went to pick it up today and the bill was $293 and several items that I did not authorize were done. After some "discussion" the Manager Mark made it right. Thank YOU Mark!

This is my second purchase from them. Last time I purchase a chainsaw, this time I purchase a leaf blower. You cannot beat Stihl. Customer service here is excellent too. I recommend anyone looking for leaf blower a chainsaw or any type of garden equipment to go talk to these folks. They also can do major in minor repairs to your existing equipment.

Took 2 jet skis in for tune ups. paid a premiumn price for it. Took to lake both ran for 10 minutes the.shut down. Took them back. Lady was etremely rude. They finally took apart. Mechanic said screw was droppes into engine when had carbs off tore up cylinder and piston. He said they would have to cover and replace engine. No call for over a month. Finally called to check.on. Theg said come pick it up they werent gonna fix. unreal. I.asked for mechanic and they said no.longer.worked there. Heard simular stories.of reck the world from people at lake.

Took pressure washer in to get services and bought $500 honda mower, asked to use restroom the guy lied to me said it was broken or hint not for customers. Guys at front desk are not super friendly or helpfull.

Dude behind the counter had no clue of what was going on I needed tires for a 6-in rim.. I needed two extra links added to a chain.. he didn't even know what a link was.. manager in the office I spoke with him personally they said they're not familiar with tire sizes... I'm building a go-kart for the neighborhood kids they could have gave me anything for a 6-in rim but they were clueless... I was quoted over the phone $10 for a chain turned out to be 22 and some change... I have been shopping here since I was a teenager it's been quite some time since I've been back... I had to stand behind ropes meanwhile other customers came in and went to a separate counter with no ropes... They are totally overpriced and I think that'll be my last shop
