They have a great selection of items. They usually send a catalog out with all the deals. With a card, you'll get 20% off on weeks whenever they have sales. The staff are quite knowledge when it comes to helping customers. Whenever you come in, you usually find what you want to get the job done. Big ticket items are not usually on sale. Over all it's pretty clean in there
I purchase this pump half hour ago and I open to see if I chose the right one I chose the wrong pump I went back to return it they didn’t accept it. That’s radical scam. even the policies say 90 day’ they will scam you go to Lowe’s or Home Depot?
They would not let me return the TV mount that IS NOT universal even though it advertised as universal. The VESA # doesn't fit my TV and the customer service rep explain but the sales person didn't know or mention it and I did t get a receipt even though I used my card and the purchase is there. They won't take it back and I have no use. I'll end up scrapping it if no one takes it. Super annoying. Do not recommend EVER extremely inconvenient for no reason. Makes sense why there are a few locations. Let me return this stupid mount you sell for no reason except to scam ppl apparently. I rarely use this store. Saw the black Friday sale and it was the worst choice I made all 2022. Pretty sure every other hardware store carries their products and they let you trturn the products without a receipt because they aren't poor.
If you are looking for tools at the best prices then Harbor Freight is the best choice. Some items are 50% the price of Home Depot & Lowes. They have hand tools, saws, air compressors, garden tools, paint sprayers, hammers, drill presses, respirators, safes, safety supplies, ppe and much more. They also offer a great rewards program as well for even more savings.
I’ll tell you something if you want to go to Harbor freight you better check before online because those people over there they will not return there’s no warranty they would lie to you say is 90
Well I see that new tricks are in the store. I went in, saw a tag thought it was the sale price, nope it was for Members Only. Not only do you not get the cheaper price, but you have to Pay to be a member. Worst version of bait and switch you will find.
Staff are really nice and helpful here. I like customer service to be respectful, professional and the folks here are awesome. Clean store, organized. You can find things quickly.

I needed a heavy duty lead for my emergency generator, Harbor had on sale 40% off, their sales are great, if you have the need they have a good inventory of hardware items. The staff directed me to exactly the right asile. they have varying grades of items, stay with the best you will do well.
