They have a good selection of tools and kits, a much better alternative to Lowe's or Home Depot... those places charge mall-prices. Their mainstay of tools is the Pittsburgh brand of tools, which I've consistently found to be a pretty good make of tools for the price; you can buy more tools to do more things... and that's important. Their automotive section is pretty impressive. I haven't had a chance to try any of their power-tools, but it seems they apply a guarantee at purchase for nearly everything you buy there. Checkout there is easy, and the parking is hassle-free; if your driving a heavy rig with a utility-bed and a trailer, you won't have a problem parking here.

Needed a generator but didn't want all the packaging that comes with it. Ask and receive, these guys helped me unbox it and load it in my truck. Works great keeping me warm on the road around the nation. Brought it Albany Oregon 3 days ago now I'm in Oklahoma.

New sales supervisor won't honor extended warranty on items. He is on a napoleonic quest to combat theft in his store by screwing over his most frequent customers. HF will be getting much less of my business if they won't warranty their garbage.

It is what every guy likes to see when he walks in tool heaven. Be sure that you have time to look around because if you don't you'll miss something that you you'll want or need for a decent price

Great for the cheaper tools that you won't have to rely on everyday, and some of their tools I have neyar up pretty bad, but they're still going. Just not the best quality. Lots of miscellaneous stuff like tarps and gloves.

Talking more than working there jobs. Sat at a register for 5mins while employees are talking about personal life instead of redirecting customers to the right designated check out. Terrible service . If you want cheap tools that stress break easy go to harbor freight or just get reliable tools with life warranty like snap-on. you need to be a member to get whatever discount they have. Didn't see military discount either and wasn't asked. Would rather pay more for reliability IMO
