My 17-year-old daughter just had her wisdom teeth out, and I am pleased with the experience. The office staff was helpful and friendly, we had virtually no wait times, the office is so nicely appointed which seems trivial, but really helps to create calm atmosphere. Most importantly, Dr. Arroyo was great.

Awesome experience! The doctor was great along with her staff... It's was so quick, I can tell they take pride in their work... Definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs anything done!

Dr. Arroyo and her staff are so amazing! I had to get one tooth extracted. They were so informative and friendly. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to my teeth. They set aside my fears and were very knowledgeable about my procedure. They put me at ease. I was in and out with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Harborview Surgical Arts.

100% Awesome staff! Haven't had the best experience with dentist or doctors but Dr. Arroyo and her assistant went out there way to make me comfortable. I can't thank them enough for easing my anxiety, listening to my concerns and giving me the best comfort you could have under the circumstances wisdom tooth infection and couldn't open my mouth all the way. Highly recommend them to ANYONE, especially those who have high anxiety and trust issues when it pertains to your health. I got a personal call from doctor Arroyo herself the next day to check on me and I just can't say enough how grateful and appreciative I am. Hands down, the best doctor/dental experience I've had.

Don’t count on them if you have a complex case. Would’ve been nice if they attempted to be helpful other than simply telling you the dr can’t take you and call UMD.

Highly recommend!! My procedure was smooth and easy, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Also I was very impressed when Bonnie recommended clove oil for my tooth pain rather than pain killers!! And it worked like a CHARM!

Dr. Arroyo and her entire staff are an incredible team. They made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease during each appointment, especially during COVID times where you can't have anyone in the office with you. Everyone is just so kind and they practice patient-first care. Dr. Arroyo will always get my recommendation.

Dr. A and her team are outstanding! I can only recall two woman's names Stefanie and McKenzie. I'm not fond of the dentist and of course I showed up 7 minutes late! These ladies welcomed me with open arms they are warm, caring and thoughtful! Stefanie made sure I was clear about all medications I was on so there was no complications. Mckenzie was thorough in explaining post op care to me so there was no confusion on my end. I felt invited and taken care. The office atmosphere is positive and warm everyone I came in contact with is very detailed oriented and professional I highly recommend this place of business!

Prior to getting my tooth extracted, I was very nervous. Especially since I decided to get only local anesthesia due to price. Prior to working on me Dr Laurie and the nurse made me feel comfortable and played some music and talked with me to make me feel comfortable. After numbing my mouth, I felt absolutely no pain. I was out of the office within 30 minutes and was able to function like normal . I was prescribed an antibacterial mouthwash and ibeprofen . Which works fine. I have 5 more to extract and now that I have experienced it, I will be extracting the rest really soon.Thankful for this experience

My experience here was awful. I was given no explanation on the procedure preformed nor was my parents. The procedure wasn’t finished because I was squeezed in after waiting 4 weeks for an appointment. Very unprofessional. I was told surgery wasn’t involved and left with stitches and a swollen mouth after an hour and a half surgery. No one contacted post-op to inform us on what happened until we demanded an explanation. I did not feel comfortable here and I felt very disrespected. I left in pain and very upset. Do not recommend!!
