Jennifer or Jen was fantastic. Got stuck in new Orleans because of the snow storm in Texas ON fat Tuesday. Jennifer was by herself. Had a bunch of tables. Killed it. Super positive and nice. Knows what she's doing! Great service.

Great food, great service. Tons of ccol memorabilia including Luis Armstrong's trumpet, Dylans harmonica, and Jim Morison hand written lyrics. Definitely an awesome stop for amy music fan

Awesome food, very interesting memorabilia on the walls, When you go in ask for Shelby's section great upbeat personality and was right there if we needed anything.

Very limited availability. Terrible customer service. Our server was the only polite person we encountered. The food was very good and made to order correctly. Being New Orleans I would not recommend this place because of the sheer number of better options. Shame because the cooks did their thing.

Great service. Ordered a legendary Burger medium rare it came well done instead. Waitress apologize had them cook it again, this time came back medium. Decided to just eat it since I was hungry.

Good food, great music from nearly every decade. Awesome atmosphere. Dont miss out. Its a great stop for a cold drink too.

Good music, food and drinks. This place is centrally located in the French Quarter where all the action is. My first time in a Hard Rock Cafe was here and it was an enjoyable experience.

Usually my rule is when traveling is" we eat at local places" our restaurant I don't have easy access to...well I am so happy I broke my own travel rule! The service was Excellent and the food was perfect... portions and price. But the staff was outstanding!!!!
