I went to this Hardee’s yesterday ordered a double cheeseburger lettuce wrap with lettuce and onions and there was a dead insect on the onions and 2 living ones on the lettuce
This was my first time eating at Hardee's, and I went looking for the Beyond Burger. The customer service was great, the fries were great, my kids loved the chicken tenders, and their beyond burger was a WORK OF ART!!! Look at this beautiful burger. The soft pretzel bun, the perfect amount of toppings placed ON the burger and not thrown AT it. If they continue to carry the beyond burger, we'll definitely be back.
So I usually don't make reviews on fast good establishments because it's fast food, but the level of DISRESPECT that I just received from the establishment is beyond disgusting. First they served us old food, then even I called the lady who lied and stated her name is Courtney and that her general managers name is Cleo. Then she told me to bring the food back as proof which is no problem if I wanted my money back. That was only after she told me she didn't feel like dropping me a fresh steak because they have plenty when she clearly told me she knew it was sitting for awhile and they just forget to put cheese on my biscuits. I will not let this go until I get this resolved because the level of DISRESPECT these younger people have for customers is ridiculous. They do it because they feel the job needs them not the other way around.
So typically You pull in to a fast food drive thru to get Your order in, pull up, pay and be on Your way. This visit was a bit excessive. I pulled up to the speaker and heard a voice come over asking " How may I help You ". Within a second, another voice from a Gentleman came on asking for My order. I shared that I would like the new Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit. Before I could even say anything after that, the voice said to pull around to the window. Mind You, I didn't even get a chance to state that I wanted a combo and French Sticks. When I pulled up to the window, the Gentleman called off My total abruptly. I then asked if I could make it a combo and was quickly given a total of $8 and some change. Didn't ask what size combo I wanted, just assumed to make it a large. We, as Customers may always be in a hurry and want prompt service, it is the job of the business to offer exceptional service and ask what We would like and not assume. The food is always good but the service on this trip was less than stellar. If Fast Food and or Customer Service is not Your thing, at least step up and offer the Customer the Service You would expect to get for Yourself. The visit took place on 9/27 at about 7:30am
Got the 2 for $5 roast beef sandwiches expecting at least half of what it used to be and was lucky if there was even an ounce of meat. Hope this isnt all hardees. Just sad and disappointing.
This place when It comes to morning customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Each and every single time I come to this place past opening hours, no one is ever there and I can understand if something is going on maybe once in a while but every single time It shouldn’t be customers sitting for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to take their order and no one ever comes. At this point corporate should’ve never built this Hardee’s here because you have customers who clearly don’t care and your losing money. This is an absolute shame.
I have never had a good experience at this location. There's one guy that is almost always working the drive thru when I go there. He's not friendly, has overcharged me for my order, has forgotten to give me a complete order and won't even ask you what type of drink you want with a combo. In fact, if you don't tell him, he won't even give you the drink. Horrible service, decent food.
The food is good. This particular Hardees however, ALWAYS got something goin on. So going there is a roll of the dice. The system might be down one moment. Another day, the store might randomly be closed at 3pm. Or sometimes it might be 1130, but they are late switching over to lunch. If you catch them when they are open, consider yourself lucky lol.
Love the chicken tenders. I always have to wait for my good which I guess is okay if it is being cooked fresh. If they're just procrastinating, then no. The service is hit, or misd. They kept my debit card, and I had to cancel it. They will forget my sauces, but hey it's a fast food chain, just not so fast.
I went to this location at 10:04 AM. The breakfast sign was up...so I ordered breakfast. I was told breakfast was over and they were in a1 minute stand-by before I could order. I was told the lunch employees were not there yet??? I waited patiently until I had to leave.. so I ordered a just a coffee....i was told again that breakfast was over and they did not have any breakfast item's left. No coffee???
