Hardee's

Went through the drive through just to order bottled water so my pup could have some when we went to the park. The drive through worker responded that they were out. I said that was ok, and asked if I could just get some water in a cup. She said that was fine, but then asked if I was going to order anything else. I said no. She responded, "I don't just hand out water. You have to order something". I would have been happy to purchase the water, had there been any to buy. I'm not sure what the restaurant's policy is, but i've never been treated this way at any similar restaurant, or even any hardee's location, for just wanting to get some water. I will not be coming back to this location for anything.

Place is a joke at best. Pretty sure the gal on the drive thru speaker was methin around, forgot to pack half the order. Wrong drinks. Literally go anywhere else for fast food.

If your dining room is closed and you have the doors locked, please at least put a sign on your door. It's not fun getting a toddler in and out of a vehicle in windy, sub-freezing temperatures only to find out your door is locked.

Burger was soggy, fries were cold and stale. I do not recommend.

Need to get the dine in lobby open. All other fast food lobbies are open. Like to sit down to eat and not in the car.

Very dirty place, Our order was made wrong and the fries were very old, WOW!! this used to be a good place, Hardees has gone way down hill.

Worst restaurant to ever eat app ever! I do not recommend! I do not go to this restaurant anymore! Not after the horrible service I got from this restaurant! Very rude and very disgusting place!

I ordered through door dash and my food wasn't sealed that was problem in its own not to mention the burgers were rock hard and everything else i had ordered was cold to touch and i suppose that can be somewhat expected from a door dash but even that wasn't the issue it was the concern of this store serving rock hard food unsealed through door dash and reading the reviews it not much better to go in store there is honestly no point in ordering from here you get wrong orders, cold food, rock hard food, and if you read the complaint chat on their corporate website it gets worse this is ridiculous service and I'm sad to see it. I sorted everything out with door dash but it is a serious issue to not have your food sealed when ordering through doordash or anything of similar nature.

Tracey was awesome, cured my hangover in no time!! Was very informational about each menu item and got me fixed with exactly what I was looking for!! Thank you for the laughs and the great food!!
