Taco Bell

I have to say, I am not a fan of waiting 33 minutes for food. It was already getting late and we saw a person who was there waiting before we got there, they got their order after ours, despite the fact that they ordered a single item! I also saw how slow the workers are. No sense of urgency. The food tastes good but the burritos seem to have shrunken in the last few years, and increased in price. The sauce packets contain so much less sauce than they did a few years ago. Much less meat in the tacos than before— same story: less product and/or lower quality, higher prices.

It was after midnight and I was in a hurry to get on the road.... The workers this particular night were the best! Fast service and everything was neatly put together and everything was there. Drive thru lady was super nice and got a huge order out fast and perfect!Food: 5/5

Love the clean new look. New technology is always nice, however customers should still be greeted when they come it. Some may not understand or want to use the self order system. We were not greeted until our food was ready, several minutes after orderingFood: 5/5

I've eaten at taco bells all-over.this country and this place is hands down the best taco bell I've ever had. The staff was super friendly, prices were right, and the food tasted amazing. It's still taco bell, but the food didn't taste or look like it was made by someone who hated sunlight and daily showers. This food was made with love... and I tasted it. It was so spiritual, I had to leave a review.

I'm getting really sick and tired of them messing up my food almost every time I'm there. I am on a time limit. If I had an option I would make my own food but you guys messing up the food every time I'm there is largely inconveniencing my life and I'm kind of pissed off about it. You guys really need to get your act in order. It's it's making a burrito not solving string theory

I have an early shift sometimes and I like to treat myself to breakfast on those days. This location used to be 24 hrs, but 3 times in the last couple of months, they have been closed for various reasons like there wasn't a manager on site. Is this location 24 hr still or am I going to have to go somewhere else for breakfast?Food: 4/5

Zero Atmosphere! The food was fine, and the service was non-existent. Since, No one takes your order, I guess it's not necessary to greet or thank your customer.Food: 2/5

Update: 7/524 This Taco Bell is even worse than my last review.. service is a zero and they really don't care about it. The are rude, sloppy and have ran out of excuses as to why they can't fill a simply delivery order. I have been waiting for over 15 mins for a cantina bowl and 2 burritos.... By far the WORST TACO BELL IN BILLINGS! This used to be a great delivery pickup location. Lately, it has gone from a 5 star to a 1-2 star store. I have been waiting over 20 mins for a delivery that is only 1 item! I was told 15 minutes ago that they were working on my order. I've had to apologize to the customer twice for misleading them. Pick up the pace central location!

I ordered 3 soft tacos, and they were awful. I ended up throwing it away after half a taco. The lettuce was very soft and squishy. The meat was dripping so much grease and water, and I lost my appetite entirely. It was very wet, like they dipped my taco in a dish sink or a urinal. I hadn't eaten much for a couple of days before going there and was very hungry, but I still lost my appetite after seeing and tasting the product. I spent my night throwing up and being sick after that "meal." The people are always quick making the food and are very friendly. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANY TACO BELL LOCATION, UNLESS ITS 3AM, AND YOU HAVE A BELLY FULL OF LIQUOR TO KILL ALL THE PATHOGENS THAT ARE ALL OVER THE FOOD AFTER GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY DID TO IT. In my opinion, Taco Bell "food" is now not even fit to feed to feed to vultures and heyenas. As for dishes, I recommend, from Taco Bell, possibly the urinal cake from the men's bathroom it's most likely the most edible thing in that place.

We waited SO LONG at the drive thru speaker with no one taking our order, about 15 minutes. We pulled ahead to just leave - figuring the guy in front of us was leaving soon but he hadn’t even got his food yet from the window! Finally we hopped the curb and left- so did about 5 cars behind us. Went to rehberg Taco Bell and had our food within 8 minutes of arriving.
