Hardees

The 3stars is just for the staff, 0 for the food quality over the past few months. I've been coming here for about 8 months for breakfast and while the staff is friendly and fast, the product is severely lacking now. The biscuits are dry, hard, and almost inedible and the bacon is so hard i usually throw it away. I've been trying to put up with it for a while now, but im just done. There's 3 other Hardee's around here and they all have better quality breakfast, so I'm just going to go there from now on. Sorry, not sorry... and here's a picture of the sad biscuits in question.

Do yourself a favor and go to the other Hardee's at the end of Great Neck. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Employees are rude, they seem angry that you're orderingbothering them.

This place is filthy!!! The bathroom was more than uncomfortable to use because of the nastiness on the floors and around the toilets, it smelled of straight urine. The drink counter is covered in grime, mold and filth. The floors visibly haven’t been cleaned in months. Rugs are packed full of dirt. I felt 115% uncomfortable eating the food I just ordered from this place. Everything is sight was just disgusting. Not sure how this place is still open and allowed to operate. Management needs to step it up.

I guess the "cook" thought it would be acceptable to water down the gravy since I ordered 4 breakfast platters. The gravy was pretty much the consistency of white water. The bacon tasted as if it had gone bad, but they cooked and served it anyway and had a vinegar like flavor. Hardees is normally not this bad, but today was just ridiculous!

Was on a pickup for doordash, they didn't start the order till I got there on purpose. They also refused to give the customer more than one ketchup packet.

Ordered a #6 combo @ the drive thru....Clerk was very snotty and rude So when I took my burger from the bag opened it to eat it..It was black and overcooked and cold! Looked like it was yesterday's dinner.So I went back to the drive thru and told the clerk" Try again it's burnt and cold Please give me another one.At that point he lost his temper and said don't blame him Blame the cook! My response was you work here don't you? Then he told me to get bent and slammed the drive thru doors a half a dozen times. At that point I requested the Mgr and a refund. He apologized for the clerks behavior and gave me my money back. What's up Bodi-Noel? This not the first time I've gotten substandard food @ the drive thru. Your food was always good What happened?

Food is always good. Has been here for at least 1 decade & clean inside and out.

The only thing I've ever liked at Hardees is the chicken sandwich. Every once in a while I crave one and stop by to get it. I didn't realize until I got home and bit into it that it's nothing like it used to be. Instead of the big piece of chicken, lettuce, tomato and mayo, it's a very low quality Chick Fil A knockoff now, and it's not good at all. If I wanted a Chick Fil A chciken sandwich, I'd go there and get it, but that's not what I wanted. Instead of the one Hardee's has had since I was a child, the new one is a giant bun, the thinnest breast you will ever see literally a chicken breast filleted lengthwise to make two thin pieces instead of one normal sized one and pickles and mayo. It's straight trash, and still expensive. Hardee's got rid of fried chicken, thick burgers, cinnamon raisin biscuits, malts, peach shakes..... literally everything good they had on the menu. Now the chicken sandwich. Nothing there is worth going for any more. And seriously Hardee's, how can you get rid of so many amazing and wildly popular menu items, but you still keep the worst fries on the planet that nobody eats on the menu? When Hardee's finally completely fails, it's been well earned. You can't expect to keep removing the top selling items and selling trash at premium prices and expect to stay in business. For the last decade, sales have declined 4-7% steadily every year. This is the same time period that you removed the above mentioned items. Prior to that, Hardee's saw 10-12% growth for nearly a decade every year. How do you not see the correlation?
