Long time customer. Today was the worst experience yet. Today i was told by an employee never to return and that I police would be called if I ever came back. This is all over a couple complaints, twice they made my order wrong, so I contacted them about the incorrect order. The last time was because they failed to refund my payment after I canceled an order because they could not make it as did not want a substitution. this is over a 8 year period, How is that warranted? Is this how subway handles its complaints by threatening and banning anyone who isnt 100% happy? How is this acceptable? I have never been threatening towards them or hostile, I simply have stated the error and if they would not fix it, asked for my money back. This is what I get in return? This is how subway employees respond to their customers.
Worst service I have ever experienced. The employee was so rude, I had a 99 cent refill cup that I purchased at another location. She questioned “what is that?” And when I answered that it was a cup for 99 cent refills at subway, she said she didn’t know what it was and asked if I would be getting water. Not trying to argue, I said okay. It would’ve been much more polite had she simply told me that her location did not participate in that promotion. I felt that she did not have good customer service skills and I did not appreciate how I was spoken to. I also got guacamole on my sub and was not told that it would be an extra fee. I feel that I should’ve been told that as well. I give 1 star because the food was delicious but the restaurant was messy and he employees were rude.
I come into this Subway 3 to 4 times a week and have always loved it. Yesterday I ran in to change my clothes and ended up running late for work so I didn't buy anything. I came in today and hopped in line to buy the usual but the girl working there stopped me and started getting on my case about me using the bathroom yesterday without buying anything. No lie, I am very offended, I spend about $60 or more in here a week, I feel like I have more than contrributed to your water bill at this point and for you to say something to me is ridiculous. There are other places for me to chill before work in this shopping center, you have lost this customer, good for you!
RUDE EMPLOYEE Unfortunately I found the female at the register to be rude and abrupt. She didn’t understand how the subway app works and how to apply a $2 reward. I scanned my app once and she rudely said, “your card is no good”. She was not only wrong, but could’ve used different words. This particular store is not kept up to date with the newest changes of the other subway stores around. They have the old salt/pepper shaker, so I had to get salt and only wanted pepper. When I unwrapped my sandwich, the white paper liner the sandwich is made on wasn’t there, neither were any napkins in the bag. I returned to the counter to ask for napkins and the white liner, half of my sandwich is going home and I don’t want it to get messy, the young man was kind enough to give them to me...but, the girl said something to him about me as I walked away, causing the customer in line to turn around to look at me. I feel disrespected and won’t return to this subway again.
I had came to this location on November 29th to see that the store was closed. It was upsetting but I considered that it was because of Thanksgiving weekend or Black Friday. I had came back to this same location today Monday, December 2nd at around 6:30 pm, to find out that yet again the location was closed. Meanwhile, the website says that they are open until 9. I am appalled. It’s truly unfortunate because I love the staff there, especially the young gentleman Cameron. He is always beyond polite and delivers nothing but the best sandwiches for me and my family. I give 5 stars for such great service by Cameron, but as for it being closed when online says it’s open is just unacceptable.
It’s cost just as much for a family of four to eat here as is does at Panera!! I’ll obviously take my money there for higher quality and friendlier service if it will cost me the same. The man that helped did care about customer service but the girl there treated us like we were interrupting her. Judging by her past complaints, it’s clear she’s related to or knows the owners of this particular franchise pretty well because other place would have fired her long ago.
I have lived in 8 states and this is as good a Subway I have been to or better than most and is very clean. To the reviewer regarding the employee...I am a former instructor for the N.R.A.E.F. Servsafe program and yes, even people that are trained to know better have to be told sometimes, or perhaps reminded. Be glad that you SAW the discrepancy and could then choose to eat there or not instead of all the things that you probably haven't even known about when eating out! Did you know for instance that the FDA has a list of tolerant levels for food production that allows for a certain level of rat hair and feces in canned tuna and maggots in orange juice?
They wanted to overcharge me & my boyfriend for a mistake THEY made. The cashier then proceeded to tell him that the mistake was his fault & he was wrong & she was right. After he lost it & asked to talk to the manager, she called him & refused to let him talk. Told us we had to return another time if we wanted to deal with it. Things got a little crazy & her only excuse was that she was a girl so he couldn't act that way & that she was right. Shortly after, she threatened to call the police because he lost his temper with her. All because she made a mistake & didn't want to own up to it.
THIS SUBWAY IS HORRIBLE. I ORDERED DELIVERY FROM THEM AND THE PERSON WHO MADE MY SANDWICH MADE IT COMPLETELY WRONG. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE LIGHT SAUCE AND MY SANDWICH WAS SOAKING WET BY THE TIME I GOT IT. I CALLED THE STORE TO LET THEM KNOW THE MISTAKES THAT HAD BEEN MADE, AND ALL THE EMPLOYEE COULD SAY WAS THAT SHE PERSONALLY MADE THE SANDWICH SO SHE KNOWS IT WAS MADE CORRECTLY BUT THAT SHE DID ACCIDENTALLY PUT TO MUCH SAUCE ON IT. WELL IF YOU KNEW YOU PUT TOO MUCH SAUCE ON IT THEN REMAKE THE SANDWICH. I COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT BECAUSE THE AMOUNT OF SAUCE ON MY SANDWICH. IT WAS FALLING APART IT WAS SO SOAKED. THEN SHE TOLD ME I COULD COME BACK AND GET IT REMADE BUT I WOULD HAVE OT PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE. DON'T GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS SUBWAY THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Poor service! Just rude! I can't believe I went two days in row to be yelled at by an immature kid! This is the worst service I've ever had! I rate this location a zero!.
