Without a doubt during the summer season this McDonald's being located just off of the exit of 64 and 264 in Virginia Beach and on birdneck road is one of the busiest We've encountered in sometime.  Stopped by this morning at around 9:45 to grab a quick breakfast before heading out on our daily trek. the drive-through was wrapped around the building and the inside was as equally busy.  But guess what, the overworked and underpaid staff we're doing a great job. Even as busy as this place was, the inside seemed clean enough and the staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could to various customers complaining that they didn't get their order correct.   One thing we have to remember McDonald's is not what it used to be, at 1 point in time it was basically just for teenagers to work at while going to school or maybe a part time job for someone. But now it seems that you see more and more full timers from the labor market.  I applaud the people that work in fast food especially at a place as busy as McDonald's, Of course I think prices should be increased slightly so they can afford to pay their workers A better wage especially in an environment as tough as a McDonald's is

If I could give it no stars, I would have. Worst experience I have ever had. We waited 1 hour for our food. At first I didn’t mind but then I realized that the drive thru was continuing to move so they were more concerned with getting  those orders out probably bc it affects their store numbers. They should have stopped taking orders until they were caught up but didn’t. The thing that got me mad was that the GM lied and said they were filling orders as they came in. Totally untrue bc I watched the cars in the drive through and they were getting their food within minutes.

For the life of me I can’t understand why my steak and egg bagel came with globs of TARTAR SAUCE!!  I’m disgusted! What kind of establishment is this?! I’d give ZERO stars if I could! Save your money folks, don’t eat here!!

This was one of the better McDonald's in VB. Clean, polite, easy to understand staff. Food was warm, centered on bun, neat appearance and all needed accesories were with the order! napkins, straws, dips, etc Although expected,  most McDonald's don't meet these basic standards. Often orders appear to have been rushed and dropped before customers get them. Service at this location was also fast. I'd eat here again.

This McDonald's is a very busy place. I eat here often so there are times when everything is great...but there are also times when little things are wrong, which ruin the experience that your taste buds were anticipating. The little things are: I ordered Strawberry Cream Cheese pies but get apple. Or you receive your sandwich without cheese when you ordered it with cheese. Although these experiences are aggravating, overall I guess it's okay because I keep going back. ‍

I really don’t expect a whole lot from fast food places because the people are definitely overworked and underpaid… That being said the low reviews here do not surprise me this is the worst service you will literally ever get. Again I don’t expect a whole lot from fast food workers because it had to be a grueling job but let’s be real you only interact with the customer for about 30 seconds and if you can’t even pretend to be kind in 30 seconds you need a new job. These people will ignore you when you say please or thank you they will just look at you and Close the window without responding. Genuinely the worst employees I’ve ever met in my life

I pulled up just after noon.  The lady taking ordered was very nice and polite, but everything else is downhill from there.  The second window had a lot problems with efficiency and speed.  They couldn't handle 4 cars¡!!!!!!    Never going here again.  Took me 20 minutes to get to the window.  Then another 10 waiting for the order, after I got pulled up into a parking spot

I don't eat alot of fast food anymore but if a public bathroom is needed I go to McDonald's.  Normally the public bathrooms in them are clean . This one had what looked like urine in front  of it like men were scared to get close. Do better men cause now someone has to clean up your pee.Service: 5/5

We went thru the drive thru. Told to pullup to a spot after 20 mins go in to get purorder was not even there. Had to wIt. Then got order and was wrong. 30 mins for 2 breakfast sandwich meals.

Ordered 2 sandwiches with extra sauce extra pickles and fries with no salt. I got 2 sandwiches with no sauce, and only 1 had pickles and the pickles were old, not crisp and there were only 2 pickles slices when it was ordered with extra pickles.Food: 1/5
