Went to find Harley clothing with NYC logo. Okay shop. Selection hit and miss. Staff is fine. Didn't find what I wanted, but others in my party did.
Variety of merchandise choices but a bot pricey since it is in Manhattan.
Friendly staff, and the prices weren’t that bad. Harley Davidson is just expensive no matter where you go. I’ve been to them all over the country and $50 for a shirt is a little pricey, but I wasn’t shocked by it. Made a great gift for my dad who collects their shirts.
Really terrible awful staff and experience. Prices unreasonably high even when on sale. Had a much better experience downtown. Took my brother who wanted to buy a Harley Davidson t-shirt dead set on getting one. But after our experience he's not bothered now. Interesting what brand image has versus their in store experience.
I expected more from it. Collection is poor for T-shirts. Prices are above average. Staff isn't the friendliest. Very minimal collections of helmets, shoes...minimal knowledge on spare parts and accessories.
After a week in NY, these were the first rude folks I met. The girl working was very kind and helpful. The male cashier was a total jerk. Acted like he wanted me to leave. Never spoke a word, not even my total! Rolled his eyes and walked off when I told him thank you. Unreal! I dropped a lot of money to be treated like garbage.
Expensive and offhand staff. I've been to many Harley shops and this is the dearest and least welcoming one ever. Not worth the visit unless you really must have NYC branded merchandise
Was there twice, both opportunities I was very good received and I've found what I was looking for. I have only one comment: the price is not always the best price, I've found the same item with lower price on the other HD store in NYC.
