Harrington Surgical Supply

I used Harrington in October and November 2017. John was the person who made delivery/pick up to my home. He was understanding, quick and accommodating during a difficult time. I would give John 5 stars. I also appreciated that they filed my claim to the insurance company so I could get my EOB. The only negative was the blond woman that sits nearest the entrance. I asked her for a receipt so I could file a Flex claim. She hesitated to assist but wanted to argue and get in the last word. After standing their long enough to hear her defense arguments, her coworker hit the print button and I got my receipt. From a customer service point of view, I would rather she had been more solution oriented and less argumentative. At this point, I am unsure if I would use their services again. My experience was mixed so, I give 3 stars.
