This was a good outfit but over the last year they have tanked. At the end of the day, i had the worst consumer experience I have ever had. There is currently one brand new employee who is in a state of overwhelm. Do not use them.
We personally do not use this service but my mother in-law does. Today they went above and beyond any service level. Their service tech came over to my mother in-laws house to check on her oxygen michean and notice that she was having breathing event. He called 911 for her and got the medics in to help her. She is doing better now big thanks to your company.
This company went above & beyond to assist me. We are traveling & my oxygen concentrator began having serious problems. This company tested it & explained the problem which helped explain my issues with breathing while using it. Many thanks to Rotech. Real caring professionals.
Very poor service to Vets down the Bitterroot since Ashley left. The guy on my route is terrible.
They have gone overboard to fit my husband’s needs! Emergency, weekend deliveries and home repair!
