My husband and I came here to shop for our engagement rings. John is so nice and we felt very comfortable in the shop. He worked with us to find rings that fit our style and spent plenty of time with us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and we left the shop really pleased with our rings. We were also really happy with the engravings. I would recommend Harris jewelers to my family and friends.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, BY FAR THE RUDEST STAFF I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! I simply called to ask about a getting a ring sizing and the woman was so short and rude, telling me all the things they don't do instead of telling me the services they do. Then she said "Goodbye" in the middle of me talking and hung up. When you go to a jeweler you are usually spending a lot of money and you deserve good service. I can say that this place is NOT good service. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Bought a watch from this jeweler a few years ago and needed to replace the band. I called several times and got the run around from John!! Told me it was back ordered. Total BS!!! Never returned phone calls and never ordered the watch band!! Terrible service Take my bussiness elsewhere!! If I where you I would too!!! Dismissed me like my business wasn't important. Bad bussiness!!

Excellent service and always friendly.

Called three timea during business hours on a non holiday. Website said they were open. Each time my phone rang for about two minutes with no answer. On my last attempt it rang for a while until someone answered and immediately hung up. Now every time I call, the call won't go through as if the person who answered hung up on me and left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call again. Also the one time I came in the person who looked at my watch was very rude to the point one of the other employees came up to me and apologized for him saying that's how he normally acts. Other than that everyone else was very nice and helpful.

They were wonderful! I went to have some links removed from my fiancees watch and ended up buying my necklace for the wedding from them. Great personal service!!!

For Watch repair: very helpful and knowledgeable., Fixed my watch band which happened to have a proprietary pin system which needed out of the box thinking... and didn't even charge me.

Not happy with this place . Took my wedding band in there 3 times to have it sized , two times they got the size wrong the third time when I got it back it was not round it was bent . Who ever does their work should be fired . We called Mr . Cohen and that was a total waste of time he set up a meeting 3 times and cancelled 3 times . I will NEVER do any business with them again !

Bought my husband a watch here and gave me a great price and service. So he went back and bought me one and had the same experience.
