This place will lie to you to make a dollar the owner was supposed to clean my jewelry then I get a call the placed has been robbed. The jewelry we received back was lass then half the value then what was given to them. I know it was an inside job to he just so happen to be on vacation when the place got robbed. Then when we did get our replacements they were all talking about how they smoke weed. My wife can back everything up that I am saying. Please do not do business with a company like this go where you will be protected not taken advantage of. I hope the cops get to the bottom of what happen at this jewelry store I think a lot of people will be surprised when it comes out to be inside job. Then I will get my lawyer to properly get me back the original jewelry then stole from me.

If you want your jewelry stolen through a supposedly robbery come here. Then when they replace it the jewelry they give back is from them old quarter machines. I hope the police get to the bottom of what happen here so we can get are original jewelry back that was stolen. Funny part is the owner just so happen to be on vacation when it happened. Seems pretty fishy to me. Then when they gave us replacement jewelry that did not fit Ben compare to what we gave them they were all talking about how much weed they smoke. True story. The one guy had to tell the other to shut up about the weed cause he was with a customer. If you want a stoner jewelry store this is your place but just know they might get robbed if owner goes on vacation again.

Very fair with pricing and inventive. We brought two necklaces to be fixed and one ring to be appraised. He suggested the ring to be made into a pendant and earring set at a price which would have been less than the fair market value of the ring itself.

A wonderful, local jeweler. We purchased our wedding bands with them rather last minute and it was a seamless process. They let us try on any and all with absolutely no pressure to purchase. Everyone is extremely friendly and appreciate. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be back.

Visited Joseph Janvier Jewelers today to browse wedding bands for myself & my fiancé for our November 2022 wedding. Upon arrival we were greeted by both Joseph and his employee Donna. Donna was our main point of contact today and she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with us as we browsed their entire selection. She didn’t try to push us into a sale like these large corporations tend to do. I ended up finding the perfect wedding band to match my engagement ring & my fiancé found his band that we purchased on the spot. We truly appreciate the friendliness and atmosphere this jeweler has to offer. We are beyond thankful for this experience & we will definitely be back in for more pieces!!
