Harris Teeter

The Asian bar food is good. But the green tea cans are covered in a layer of dust yuck. The top place for eating is very nice. Workers are quick and helpful.

We went on Saturday before 4th of July so I knew it would be packed. We were able to find everything we needed and some good sales. They definitely needed more cashiers. It took us longer to checkout.

I like this store overall and most of their staff is very polite. I do wish the sushi was better. Very little fish is used in their rolls and poke bowls. Would totally be willing to pay a little more for better quality. Sushi at Lowes Foods and Earth Fare is a lot better quality.

This is a unique store, being right downtown location they stay steadily busy, parking is a little tight I like this store, they have everything a larger Harris Teeter would have.Subs,pizza,sushi, fresh seafood,and beer/wine.I did try one of there in house fresh made pizzas,they looked awesome!!!! The pizza I was given out of the oven was absolutely awful sorry HT. Not what I remember them used to being. The store still offers plenty of other different options lunch-wise. I'd steer clear the pizza however just my opinion!!? Not much has changed I've didn't see nobody waiting on a pizza LOL but the sub lady was really busy if you think the parking lots tight and cramped wait until you get into the store I still like this Harris teeter nothing wrong with it

Huge shout out to Steven B. who works in produce. Simply amazing went above & beyond to help. I’d gone to 5 different stores to find an item for menu and he was the ONLY employee who walked me over to the right aisle & helped find a hard to find item all while smiling & sharing info about the item

They are one of the best food stores /supermarkets around. They charge a little bit more on some items...but carry a much wider variety of items. This store was rebuilt a few years ago and is STILL SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!!!

I love harris teeter because I've had great experiences at other locations. This is the worst location I've ever been to. Customer service is poor and morale is poor. The staff seem so unhappy and are unfriendly, it's uncomfortable. I prefer driving out of the way to another location where customer service is much better.

The manager of the store SHAY was very interested on us paying the tow company $200 for parking here even when we are customers, he stated if we have proof that we were shopping they will let us g, he saw the ticket from 10 minutes ago, and then he said that he doesn't work for him, but why he wants us to pay them ? why my tow ticket didn't have a time? they both said that they couldn't put a time for the rain, it wasn't raining

Clean...for the vast space...ev'thng seemed in order/where it should be. I liked having checkouts in the front & back of the store. The floral consultant, Consuela, brought tears to my eyes with her compassion & assistance. I will make this a place to visit when I'm visiting. Great PR Harris Teeter Charlotte...I think it's the NoDa area. I was WOW'D!

Im not from this area so we had to stop to get few things. Very nice location and inside was great. They have Seating area upstairs which i loved. There is also a Starbucks inside.
