The woman with the accent has made me feel extremely uncomfortable twice now while picking up my prescription. A person in her position should be professional and shouldn’t so obviously judge people for what meds they need. I will be changing pharmacies.

This pharmacy is right in the heart of the Novant Presbyterian Hospital area at 1900 Randolph Road. The staff is friendly and caring--the idea place to pick up your prescription after seeing any of the MD's in the neighborhood. Really convenient!

I wouldn't know how they are. I called to do a price check on a medication and was told to hold a minute and 10 mins later, I was still holding and hung up. Very poor customer service.
