Quick store run good parkin kinda busy but was in and out everything was clean and fresh

I am usually cool with the staff there and the stars are for them. The lack of stars is for the guy in the deli who literally told me "aw man not now" when I came up to get a sandwich. I know work days can be hard but that wasn't expected. Maybe everyone there should get a pay raise, except that guy. Nobody else complains about doing their job.

I was greeted immediately and was offered help. They took me straight to what I needed. I will definitely drop by again when I'm in the area. The sandwich I grabbed for lunch was delicious!!

Have been a regular customer for a couple of years now. Produce is frequently questionable freshness. Today, freezers had obviously defrosted for whatever reason, frozen meats soft to touch and melted ice and whatnot all over inside freezers, some of the food probably ought to have been discarded. Convenient, but not up to par with other locations. Always friendly and helpful employees though.

I came in on 8/28 around 9:30 at night. I had $70 worth of groceries and there was two employees at the front one was sitting on the cash register where you scan the items and told me he wasn't open to go through self-checkout. He sat there and watch me the whole time and the other employee just stood up front doing nothing. As a business owner I feel like this is bad business and I hope that this isn't acceptable or normal. These employees are getting paid to do their job not stand around while the customer has to ring up their groceries, I think is ridiculous. If I would have had a few items no big deal but that amount of groceries it's not acceptable.

My experience here on July 2nd, 2021 was completely uncomfortable. My friend and I decided to stop at Harris Teeter in the deli section where we came across the associate Dan. He made us feel as though we were bothering him and we weren't suppose to be in the establishment. Received our order and the vibe in the air showed that he wanted to get rid of us quickly. We wanted other items but felt we already overstayed or welcome at this Harris Teeter. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK.

By far the best Harris Teeter!! It’s smaller so might not have everything however the staff is amazing- always willing to help you find something or ask if you need help. Very clean too!

The public restrooms here resemble a Port O Potty after a football game!

Produce is good enough but the meat section is pitiful. Every cut of steak looks terrible and the few good cuts that are out weight too little.

They don’t have baskets and their body soap options are mediocre at best
